  1. Ok dude...you missed the point of this post i guess. I posted the hand because I wanted to share my good luck, and the hand that I hit the bad beat jackpot with. I am not here to debate what the fxxk the definition of a real "bad beat" is....Who gives a flip who was behind or ahead in the hand. The point was qauds beat qauds and, and that qaulified for the Bad beat jackpot, of which I got 40% since I had the "bad beat" hand. Was it a true bad beat according to XXXedddies Bad beat rulebook....i guess not...but that was completely irrelevantSo it doesnt matter if flop 22Q...or QQ2...or XXX....I
  2. What are you talking about? I made qauds and still lost....and no it didnt suck at all...I just won 12 frkn grand....!!!
  3. When Party Jackpot first started, you could play 1-2 jackpot tables9no longer available). Also the requirement was any qauds beat, now it has to be qaud 8's or better beat. With the JP around 44k, and my entire bankroll to my name on the table( a whole 50 clams)..I hit the bad beat. But my share was worth roughly 12k....Talk about Insane..I go from almost completly broke to a nice roll......So just when you t

I ran the hand on the CardPlayer calculator and it came up with a 99.6% to win on flop. I know its just a poker bad beat, and I myself become irritated when players, especially experienced players, get so worked up about "bad beats" and yap your frkn ear off...It frkn happens and it hurts---but this was such a nightmare to watch unfold. It really did look like a magic trick......I dont really believe in any conspiracy theories, but
  5. Dan,What about 3 betting him on the flop, to perhaps induce him to check the turn to you. Depending on what comes off the deck on the turn, you can check behind him or fire another bullet. If u do bet the turn and are called, it may become evident, based on the read you have on your opponent, that you are indeed behind in the hand. However , because of the strength in which you played the flop and the turn, it is now very likely that you may get a free showdown on the river.I always like to mix it up, and i agree with your answer of raising the turn and thus taking control of the pot.
