Last year he made about $5.4M online. So actually he's given half of that back so far this year. Here's a related thread about it: http://www.highstakesdb.com/forum/Topic286425-27-1.aspxWow, umm, ouch - isn't that like 40% of what he made last year online? -

On FTP you can play from the same IP address as long as it's a multi-table tourney.

I keep hearing what a great 4 hour battle the HU portion of the final table was.Of course, we only got to see 2 hands of it. RIDICULOUS.Now that it's all over, is there a way to watch an uncut video of it anywhere??
-
Haven't seen him around in a long time. Has he officially retired? Its been so long since John Juanda has done anything amazing at poker -
Never apologize to a douche. Your first post was fine.Ok we wont hijack this. Anyways I apologize for my comments it just pisses me off when people correct grammar in a rude way. Like telling me I am at an 8th grade level, etc. Yes my first post was all over the place but I was just stunned at how bad the play was at that final table. It is in the past I hope we can just be friendly from now on. -

I just saw the episode in question (been on DVR for a while).I agree that Nguyen showed a complete lack of class.Erik was actually rooting for the "kid" after he got busted, which shows what an ass Scotty has become. I'll be rooting against him from now on.I was totally disappointed in Scotty's performance at the final table. And I used to think he was a decent guy. But he has sure proved that he's a loud obnoxious drunk. Even Lindgren was pissed off and that's dam tough to do. When he sees this after he's sobered up, I hope he's ashamed of the way he acted but somehow I doubt it. Which is sad. -
Daniel seems to imply that there won't be a season 5.Yet I read this: http://www.pokerkingblog.com/2008/07/17/hi...r-fifth-season/which seems to indicate there will be.I had to get a stupid sports package just to get GSN, so I want to cancel the package if the 5th season is a no go.Anybody with any more info on this?

The match just ended after Phil busted seda1 for about 700K

Uh, this is the stupidest thing you've seen? Maybe he didn't believe the guy had aces?At fallsview 5/5 a while back.Stacks, UTG 600, Button 700UTG raises to 20, Button pops it to 60 and UTG flats. Board is 2-5-8, UTG checks, Button makes it 90, and UTG immediately makes it 250.Button tanks, tanks, keeps muttering, "I know he probably has a set", and "Theres no way my pair is good", finally after 5 mins he says "Alright if you can beat Aces, I guess I have to pay you off later in the hand anyways". He then shoves, and UTG snap calls...with KK. -
Well, there's also the rap... <shudder>Are you only gonna judge him based on that one ESPN telecast? -
Your response makes no sense. If his mindset is really what you say it is, then why not just call the re-raise instead of pushing all in?It's definitely fishy. It's only weird on a forum full of people who somewhat understand the game. I see that alllllll the time with donks. AA is invincible so a fishies mindset is "how can I have as many players and money in there?" -
Prahlad's a douch*. The crap he pulled with Lisandro, damn I wish he got his face punched out over that one. He kept whining about something that didn't even happen. What a baby.okay, we clarified who we hate... now who likes Prahlad? -
40 something??He looks like he's 60.I'm surprised anyone would say Devil Fish. I know he seems like he may be a bit harsh, but he seems like one hell of a cool cat to me. He isn't afraid to say whats on his mind. He dresses better than most people I see at clubs on the weekend, and he is one hell of a poker player. He's one of the few pro's I see on television that I wouldn't mind hanging with, even though he is 40 something. Look at this guy, all pimp baby. -
Phil Gordon is the king of the idiots. He completely ruined the last 2 Main Event Pay Per Views with his inane, "here's what I would do" for every hand, as if any of us give a crap what he would do, followed by "here's what he's holding", which invariably was shown to be wrong 90% of the time. Over and over and over and over. Please, STFU!Where does this guy get any cred at all? He hasn't done squat to justify his unwanted invasion into our poker-viewing lives.

Dealers and waiters are 2 completely different occupations as far as tips are concerned. But I'm sure you already knew that.As a person who worked as a waiter for 10 years, best answer ever. -
See, this is the part I don't get. Nobody said it's your fault that Harrah's is a bunch of greedy bastards. But it's not the player's fault either is it?? So why would dealers expect the same tips when their employer is already ripping the players off? It's Harrah's you should be pissed at.It's not my fault that Harrah's takes a percentage out of the prize pool. -
So why called it the DN open then??Remember that if Daniel has an hour or two he can jump into a ring game and play. In order for him to play in a tournament he has to have 4-5 hours available and I'm pretty sure Poker Stars has his evenings in Vancouver filled. -
My Visa credit (not debit) card has worked on Bodog for quite some time, which I've been trying to tell other people. Doesn't work on Stars, and I haven't tried FTP lately.I can deposit on Bodog with NO fees.So people paying fees and jumping through hoops are getting ripped off IMO. I won't play online if I have to pay a fee.

Thanks for the free link! :)Unfortunately, even for free, Gordon still ruins it
-
Yeah, too bad his postflop play was just as idiotic.Yes because a hand's value is strictly defined by its preflop value.
