PM me your e-mail address, and I'll have my rakeback site send you info on getting rakeback from fulltilt.

i'm results oriented obviously. random donkey = A9.I don't see why you want to fold a perfectly good hand to some random donkey so badly. -
so you don't like the bet/foldi called down, but didn't feel too good about itif i bet, i think he's raising 9x and very rarely raising drawsWhatever you do, don't fold! I would rather check/raise/call-check/call, then anything that line contains a fold. -
I have A 8 in the SBA 75/20/1 player limps UTG, folds to me, I raise, BB calls, UTG calls.Flop is 8 9 3 I bet, BB folds, UTG raises, I call.Turn is 9 I think I've been trying to get to showdown too much lately.

yeah, this is about the worst possible flop for me ...There's no way I even bet this flop. What exactly do you think you beat on the flop? You also have zero fold equity at this point, no hand that beats yours is folding. -
this looks good given your description of villain

we're getting 15 to 1, so we need to get 3.5 more big bets when we hit a set to have implied odds to peeli think that is reasonableare you worried that Button has a set now? i'm pretty sure he caps KK and QQ.I fold the flop. -

we're not worried about CO, but what could SB have?the only reasonable hands are AK, AQ, QQ, and maybe AJ or AT (although I would discount the latter).if CO has AQ or QQ, then he'll probably 3-bet the river and with the other hands he'll likely just call, so i think a river call is good.

i know the basic info for most of the posters here, but there are others i don't know so well. maybe it would help to put all the info in one thread.i'll start. i've been playing limit hold'em seriously for about a year, and i'm working on 5/10 short now. when i'm not playing poker, i'm working on a Ph.D. in economics and one of my research papers is about online poker.

OMGZ 100 hands!!!how can you play so much???
-
here's a question: if you're UTG+1 and you cold call preflop (maybe due to misclick) what hands do you raise the flop with? what hands do you continue to bet?

after i read the hh, i saw it was an easy raise toosometimes running bad feels like playing badThis is an easy raise. He doesn't even have to have 2 pair here. I get donk/called on the river all the time by very weak hands, just because a lot of bad players think that they might as well bet if they are going to call anyway.Sure T8 is possible given his donkiness, but that's just about all you have to worry about here. He will have a worse hand so much more often. -
Limit Holdem Ring gameLimit: $5/$105 playersConverterPre-flop: (5 players) econ_tim is CO with 7 7 econ_tim raises, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.Flop: K 7 9 (0.5SB, 3 players)BB bets, UTG calls, econ_tim raises, BB calls, UTG calls.Turn: Q (0.25BB, 3 players)BB checks, UTG checks, econ_tim bets, BB calls, UTG calls.River: 6 (0.25BB, 3 players)BB bets, UTG folds, econ_tim raises, villain is pretty donkish, but is this really K6, 76, or 96 often enough to raise?

doneI was wondering if someone could refer me to rakeupdate.com. My email address is nlholdem22@hotmail.com. Appreciate it thanks. -
It took rakeupdate 4 days to respond to my rakeback request. I guess they have to run it by FullTilt first.Ive been waiting for over a week now for them to get my account switched over. It should be to hard the only time i put money on tilt was to play a tourney. My roll is sitting idle and its killing me! -
one reason existing accounts may not be able to get rakeback is if they were opened through an affiliate (e.g. pokersourceonline)I tried twice but i dont think either was successful . -
PM me your e-mail address.Someone refer me!Username: LJJones -
