  1. I was considering this, but then I was told that Supernova is equal to rakback on FTP and you can just buy cash bonuses from the store?
I obv don't know much about Stars and any Stars player can correct me on this but I'd imagine it's pretty hard to acquire Supernova playing 25nl. I think most people agree that Stars is equal to or better then Full Tilt once you reach a certain limit or amount of hands played (100nl?) but right now I think you'd be better off at Full Tilt. JMO
  2. Thanks Matt, that means a lot, especially coming from you.Time to get some hand reviews and just step away from playing for a while, just review my play this month. Have to convince myself to play seriously when I do start playing again at a lower limit.
From what I've seen you're playing on pokerstars and putting in some pretty insane volume at microlimits. If you do deposit again, I really think it's a better idea to do it on Full Tilt. 100% deposit bonus plus 27% rakeback provides a very nice buffer when you go on downswings. Just my two cents.
  3. the experience he would have gotten playing with this team would have done wonders for him in his future unc career.........but yeah, they should still be ok
He'll probably redshirt, leaving him 4 more years to play. Our '09 class just went from awesome and the no.1 recruiting class to even better. We're gonna have a lot of depth in the post the next couple of years and I think we'll be fine this year with Deon Thompson's improvement.Carolina football tilts me to no end. fml.
  4. Why aren't you just using checks for cashout? Takes only a few days.
Because I'm retarded and thought that a bank transfer would be an easier way to fund my checking account. Also, I think Full Tilt requires proof of residence and I'm in a dorm right now. I obviously might be wrong once again. I'm probably gonna withdraw again soon so any help would be appreciated.
  5. Find someone you know from poker that banks at B of A. You can transfer money to their account online and they can ship you money on Stars or FT or whatever. That way you don't have to screw around with all this stuff.
I've actually never deposited and don't ever need deposits. The only reason I did it this time was the 100% sign up bonus on Full Tilt. Now I guess I just need to figure out an effective way to cash out.ETA: Plus, I have no friends.
  6. Its weird that BofA is giving you all this hassle. I've been transferring to and from poker sites from my BofA checking account for 3 years now with nary and issue.Mark
I guess it's because I just opened up my checking account there. I also don't really know what to do about taxes; the sole purpose of opening up this account was so that my parents wouldn't know about it cause they disapprove of me playing poker. Oh well.
    • Xfer from Gary Benson
    • Weird amount ($xxx.yy or so)
    • From Australia
    • New BoA account
    • Looked suspicious.
    • BoA checked it out, talked to GB and Albert on phone, worked it out
    • ?????

[x] King is good at summarizing.Bank of America customer service is so bad, when I talked to them they said it was a problem on his end, when they talked to Gary Benson they said it was a problem on his end and we both bounced around their customer service for upwards of 45 minutes. When I logged in yesterday to online banking, my account read -888,889. I mean is that number really even necessary? Oh well, hopefully I won't have any problems with withdrawing (doomswitched myself there) anymore.
  7. What do you mean by the hit to my rakeback?
Bonuses usually decrease the amount of rakeback that you receive. I don't know if you have rakeback or not, but if you do I think the bonus comes off your MGR. I was asking to confirm, anybody else can chime in on this as well.

  9. A-Ko, lol...but that's like the bottom of my 4-bet range, I promise. I also have you at like 10/9/0 over 200 hands, so it must have been before I had any stats on you because I probably wouldn't have 4-bet a 10/9 with A-Ko. Idk.
Yeah wtf at me being so nitty, I specifically remember you being FCP and me being super nitty at the table. I'm normally like 21/18
  10. Wonder if UNC will be healthy by then... not that it should matter.
Hansbrough's out for Kentucky, Ginyard's out probably until 2009. We have other nicks and bumps like Frasor's ankle but he went on Saturday v. Penn. Kentucky's not very good this year, they already lost to VMI so we shouldn't really have a ton of problems. It'll be nice to make up another game on them in the all time wins list. And I agree with you guys on the losses, plus this is a good way to build some depth with the two freshman bigs that we have in Davis and Zeller.Go Heels
