Agree, I don't know about what kind of table your at, but usually at these limits people are happy to call shoves light. Your getting called by at least the button here. Also, since their both so short, and your deep it may give off the impression that you are trying to use your stack with a hand like AK to pick it up pre.

Thanks for all the replies, you guys make it seem a lot closer than I thought it was. As far as the microstakes issue goes I think it's just entertainment for some, competition for others, and for some others it's about trying to build a roll and make some money. If I know a player is fine calling off 10bb pf with 78s because "it's only a dollar" then yeah AA gets raised 10x the bb in a heartbeat, but I haven't seen anyone in the hand play that crazy.

This is where my thinking might be all messed up, probably from playing microstakes so long, but it wasn't the fact that he 4 bet that makes me want to fold. I used my full time bank before calling and watching him flip over AcJx. So yeah, from now on betting that turn 100% of the time every time. As for the flop I didn't think checking was horrible, I probably bet that like half the time. SB was really LAG, so I wasn't pushing him off anything on the flop. So to me it seemed like it was either going to be check and get a free turn, check/get shoved on and lose .02, lead/ get called and still have no idea where I was at, or lead and get shoved on and lose another bet. For the record this was in a .25 on pokerstars. As for UTG+1's range I think your right about it being a lot wider than I thought. I'd say its possible that he has a pp 77-TT or maybe even AK (if he's one of these strange people who think AK isn't strong enough to openraise but is strong enough to limp/raise) and is trying to get HU with me. But then wouldn't that narrow MP1's range to something like AQs+ when he just flat calls since he must think he's going to be getting his money in a 3 way pot?
