  1. Probably worth noting that there is no mention of UB or AP there.Press release from FTP : http://www.pokerplayer.co.uk/news/latest-n...te_back_up.html

As the poker world recovers from the incidents of Black Friday, Full Tilt Poker has just released the following statement regarding the state of play on it's .com website and any player funds still being witheld..Full Tilt Poker™ is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York to regain the use of its worldwide domain name, www.fulltiltpoker.com.Although players in the United States will not be permitted to engage in real-money play, the agreement expressly allows for real-money play outside of the United States. In addition, the agreement represents an important first step towards returning funds to U.S. players because it allows Full Tilt Poker to utilize its domain to facilitate the withdrawal of player funds. But, unfortunately, there remain significant practical and legal impediments to returning funds to players in the immediate future. As a result of the recent enforcement action, there exists no authorized U.S. payment channel through which to make refunds; Full Tilt Poker has no accounting of the millions of dollars of player funds that were seized by the government; and the government has not agreed to permit any of the seized player funds to be returned to the players. Finally, there are numerous legal and jurisdictional issues that must be considered before poker winnings can be paid out to players throughout the United States. While Full Tilt Poker continues to believe that online poker is not illegal under federal law or in 49 states, the indictment and civil forfeiture action filed last Friday require Full Tilt Poker to proceed with caution in this area. Notwithstanding these issues, Full Tilt Poker is ready to work diligently with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York to try and resolve these issues and to get players their money back as soon as possible.
  2. I wrote three shitty limericksAn employee of the FBI,On a break from getting real high.Indicted stars and Tilt,Hoping to find some guilt. And we've nothing to do except cry. There was a young lawyer from New York,Who was tired of eating substandard pork.He decided, enough!Using laws and stuff,****ed us all in the ass with a fork. Some lawyers thought one day for a joke. They'd stop the fun of lots of honest folk They took away their money,Which we didn't find funny. Now we can't afford hookers and coke.

  3. can you elaborate on better than worse?
I think it peaks somewhere around the word Buick. After that it goes rapidly downhill until the last line which certainly finishes it with some gusto. The whole poem is a little disjointed. The subject matter is online poker yet 50% of the lines are about dogs, birds of prey, cars and lord of the rings characters. Also a typical rhyming poem has couplets of lines which rhyme, not quintets.I have a little free time so I'm attempting to write a limerick. Proving quite hard so far.edit - also there's no real tempo to the poem
  4. I don't have moneybookers but I tried cashing out some to netteller which is usually very fast and it hasn't been processed (15 hours)I also tried some via direct bank transfer and via visa to my bank account but nothing there yet either. All the emails do say to allow 72 hours for processing. It looks as if the whole process has been stopped or slowed down a lot on Stars end. There are reports on 2p2 of a few cashouts to moneybookers/net teller/visa working for some non US people.

  5. yes this was a bad beat cooler but , I am not sure I really played this hand right. 1. It taught me to raise my pre-flop betting to x4-x5 instead of the 2.7 as we are taught in small ball. 2. Knowing the flop with the 2 aces, I should have folded? and not called placing her on ace rag as usual, but being she was a gold star I figured she would not play ace rag lol, wrong I guess I gave her odds to call me pre-flop, I didn't have many hands on her in my HEM only 4 so I could not put her on much of a range. 3. When I did call and hooked the 3 ace on the turn, I figured the odds for her having that 4 ace were minimal again wrong that is the reason I did bet there, instead of checking to see if she had maybe a smaller PP.
I think you played it fine preflop and on the turn and river. On the flop I might consider folding considering the player to act behind and the fact she? overbet into two people.
