  1. I'm from Australia - have always had problems with cashouts. However I ordered a Stars cheque and it came in 5 days (was over $1K so they fed-exed it). I thought that was pretty impressive considering. HOw does Western Union work? Is it international?
  2. What you have when clos had aces there?
  3. Hey JamI have had a similar problem in the past. I have had some decent tourney wins and just blown them at cash games way above my roll. I have even been known to hit the PP blackjack on occasion. Bad memories.Anyway a few months ago I opened an account at Pokerstars (I didn't have one there before). I decided that I would play only SNGs and MTTS, and never, ever get involved in a cash game. I find that when I suffer a bad beat in a SNG, I still get angry but I just go ahead and fire up a new one. And even if I play poorly in that because I'm tilting, I only lose one SNG buy-in.For example, t
  4. Hey MK. I agree it's not sustainable. But given the the quality of play in these particular SNGs, I would say over 10% is definitely sustainable.I appreciate what you're saying re the ROIs of the better players on STTs. I think the 18 and 45 man tourneys are far more profitable - any premium hand early in the piece invariably leads to an all-in situation and likely double up. And I am only playing two at a time - I assume the best players would be playing 8-16.Anyway I am probably wrong and will be busto sooner rather than later. Appreciate the comments
  5. But these SNGs only have 18 or 45 players in them. So surely they would have to run more like 9-man SNGs than 200+ man MTTs?I agree 1K+ is necessary to get a true reflection.
  6. Yeah I know 280 isn't enough to know what's really going on, particularly given the added variance of the multi-tables. I would be really happy with 30% long term, as that would enable me to make about $450 per weeky just playing 50SNGs. Even that figure seems to be too good to be true given i really am pretty average. IF it turns out to be right there must be a lot of superdonks on Stars
  7. Hi guysI am a long time lurker, first time poster. I have found that most of you guys (with a few notable exceptions) seem to know what you're doing, and have some good ideas and advice. I have a query about sustainable ROIs for multitable SNGs. I am from Sydney, Australia, and generally get down to the casino here once a fortnight or so. Until a month ago I hadn't really played with any consistency or particular purpose on the internet - I had donked around in tourneys and SNGs a bit, but because it's such a pain in the *** to cash out from Australia (other than on PP which allows a direct ba
