    The meetup last night with Shaver was big fun. There were homeless banjo shenanigans and crushing camels to make smoking mintier. That's a cool invention. Her hair looks really cool. I'm surprised I noticed her hair cause I stared at her boobs an awful lot. So did everyone else at the Tilted Kilt. They had some nice mams, but Shaver's were much more glorious than anything those short skirt waitresses had to offer, adorable as they were.

    So, when I clicked on the star next to our thread that says, "Go to first unread post," it took me to the first page. Also, does that mean the first thread is gone? I haven't really looked at all. I'm just thinking about it. I hope it will take me back here now that I've posted on this page, the next time I click that star. Let's see. It's weird how different it is. I like that I can "like" posts, though. That's cool.sidenote: Todd Snider (singer) is hilarious and awesome.

    cool...i booked my flight but i can't remember times....i will check tomorrow and post..scott??? you in??? on the 15th!!Leaving for DisneyLand three weeks and three days from today.
    for dinner, drinks and possibly making out? Try and keep me away.

    Very nice. The last one is still my second favorite, with the first being you and Michael having dessert. Such a great moment.Norm is being an official Hooters Bikini Judge right now. How'd you get that then???I'm a little drunk. Just half a bottle of wine and a big glass of vodka cran with Amanda. I feel just lovely enough to go to bed all happy.So I guess it's Kansas City instead of Vegas this year for expedience of travel and maximum attendance? Henry,will you road trip with me? What are your exact vacation days. Scott, when is the wedding? Chicken, get to Indy and road trip, too.Blue, I'm looking at you. Damnit, I need all y'all.Let's make this thing happen. As much as I love Vegas, the thing I love most and long for desperately is us together.

    Glad someone made it to Vegas.For the rest of us: Is Vegas happening this year? I've seen very few yes's so far and I know it's 2 months away, but if it ends up being a no-go, I just want to know so I can cancel my vacation at work. Don't want to get stuck with a week off and nowhere to go.
    I really want to go. REALLY REALLY!

    Nik/Scott - didn't want to post on FB..My trip to Indy is definitely a go...I'm going to fly out May 15th during the afternoon and have to be at meetings on the 16th and 17th. I'll probably fly back home on the night of the 17th so i don't have to miss work on the 18th....i'll have to see what my options on flights are when i book my trip later this week..soooooooo.....that means i'll be available to hang out on either the 15th or 16th....let me know what date works better for you both. I have a friend I was stationed in Afghanistan with who lives there so I intend to hang out with her on the other night....I definitely can't get ridiculously hammered....this is actually a very important meeting and I'm representing my Command so yeah....no getting crazy....thinking dinner/drinks somewhere????
    I haven't looked ahead that far yet, but I will not miss you being here. Definitely dinner and drinks...and making out? That's not too crazy, right. :club:

    Work Spring Break is over. Blah. In other news, I'm not done with my presentation for Wednesday, yet. Work and school tomorrow means it's unlikely I'll get done before Tuesday night. 8 more classes after this semester and then I get a little break. 8 more classes!

    Good morning folks. Broke even on the poker table last night, so that's always ok. Better than a stick in the eye. On another note, we went down to the Humane society today and are now the proud owners of a 2yr 2m 11d old male miniature poodle, cream in color, very affectionate. The cats have so far given him wide berth. We'll see how that goes.

    Good morning and Happy Easter. We made it through the night without any major shenanigans. The cats are mostly in hiding still, I've had brief sightings this am. The dogs name is Dito, I am not sure what it means but that was the name on his papers. Toni gave him a bath this morning and he doesn't seem to mind the water at all, which is good seeing as his ancestors were bred for water retrieval of fowl. We'll have to keep him separated in a bedroom when we go out for dinner later but all in all it seems to be working out so far.
    The cats will just see him as the pet of their caretakers. I'm sure they're not happy that you didn't consult them first.
