If you are in the USA the easiest way is to buy prepaid Visa Gift Cards. I don't and I use my Visa Card with no problem. Cashing out - up to $999 they send you a cheque. No charge. Other sites charge $10 or more to send you a cheque! $1000 and up they send it by DHL ( they pay all costs) and you have the money in 2 or 3 days.I LOVE pokerstars! Tried many other sites and I always go back.
