Its a project manager position for a much much larger company then I work for right now. They are a disaster services company.http://www.braunconstruction.com/ It will most likely involve a lot of traveling intially but it is an awesome opportunity for me. They will train me on, amongest other things, an estimating program called exactamate which is used industry wide for insurance restoration work and will allow me to be qualified for multiple positions within this field. It will also finally get me completely out of the labor end of my career which as I get older becomes more and more important.Details? -

I like the ideaI am not often metagamed, but when I am I admit it.I'm not admitting it here, I'm just making a general statement about metagaming and me. You made a donk luck call and needed runner runner to win, which you did, more power to youSo who's interested in the idea of captains and drafts? -
Even a nit is barrelling that flop enough that I think youre getting plenty the right price in that spottalk about why you called turn if you could. seems like you're priced out against a pretty nitty villian who you would think you need to hit a spade against to win, if he doesn't have a better FD.
I dont think there is much value in raising KJ there too much showdown value and if a 10/8 fires the river its a pretty easy fold for us. As a matter of fact Id be more likely to raise Bulls hand on the turn then KJ.Assume Bull had KJ here, would he just be flatting the turn with a King though? Double flush draw seems kind of scary, and I think I would rather raise (NOTE: This is if Bull had KJ and not T9ss) -
Also I got the job Ive been going for for quite awhile now.... awesome postion with a great great company........................SO ****ING PHYSCHED RIGHT NOW

Nothin wrong with it, however be careful cause youll get called by PPs a lot there and Checkraised a fair amount too. But with your hand having no showdown value betting is good imoNo idea if this is the right play or not. Never did stuff like this at <50NL. Seemed like the right thing to do here though. Often it would be less then halfFine I'll rephrase. If you received a dollar for everytime you were a douche in 2008, would it be more money than you made in poker that year? -
Wait now you are using the term 'pretty' often....Were gonna need another clarification I think.Pretty often, how about you? -
Would you say you act like a douche often or just most of the time?
-
Thnx for clearing that upVery often does not mean pretty much always. Very often doesn't even indicate a majority of the time. It indicates very frequently but not necessarily even 50% of the time. It's an ambiguous term and I used an ambiguous term because I can't quantify it, it's something I just decide in the moment. -
assualt case..... lolJudge....this one timeee on this poker forum

Slighty more eloquiently put then by meThat's fine to say it's opponent dependent but through this entire discussion it looks like you are playing all sides. Cause this looks like what you are saying:"I bluff raise, I raise draws and I raise sets and all are profitable" which obviously isn't true. Previously you made it sound like you are raising sets pretty much always and now it sounds like maybe not as much cause you are certainly going to have air much more in that spot than sets so your frequency to be able to do any of those is going to be weighted towards bluffs. FWIW, I don't think that is a great board to raise good draws, sets or bluffs against most opponents. -
ftr Id set the odds much greater then 50% that I knock snamuh in his cocky little head atleast once if we happen to be out at the series at the same time at all this summer. No one rubs me any where near as bad as his douchey little ass.
