  1. Rdog, In addition to what you have already said about low limits, what is some of the best information regarding 6-8 tabling $50NL 6 max in terms of slowly grinding profit? What's a good range for a % to see flop? Also I feel one of the biggest leaks I have is calling bets with draws when I'm not getting proper pot odds; or even calling value bets only to fold the river to large bet when the board is scary and I know I'm beat.

  2. I'll post some pics. I gotta say, i' pretty proud of a couple of em. (brag post sorta?)Ok, so u know the story, here is the Ex gf. some of you saw her topless, good for you's :club:...she is the brunette (this is from halloween i guess) - Age 24PRO: always went downtown... Proof of this? yes plzoverall congrats, all those girls were bangable and seems like you've been on a nice little tear as of late.
  3. Few weeks ago on 97.9 the Loop, they were talking about the new grand opening of the The Venue at the New Hammond Horseshoe. Apparently Stone Temple Pilots and Smashing Pumpkins are gonna be playing there in a few weeks. I was pretty pumped and looking to getting tickets but since it's in the casino, you have to be 21 to get in. Major bummer as I have another 6 months to go.

  4. About a year ago, I cashed a check from Bodog for $1k. Surprisingly got the check in about a week, cashed it and of course it bounces a few days after. I then get a email from Bodog about a day after I deposited it, saying not to cash the check and they're sending me a new one. So waited another week or so and the 2nd check worked fine.

  5. So I am finally dedicating myself to playing NLH cash games full time and will be posting in these goals threads from now on. I withdrew majority of my roll few months ago to buy stuff and have money for college. I started grinding and 6-tabling $25NL 6max on July 10th. Pretty happy put in over 20k hands of cash games in a 20 day span while working 40hrs a week and finishing summer school up. So far I am pretty satisfied with my results and will enjoy to see steady profit while playing NLH cash as well as the motivation and determination to play as much as I can due to having rakeback now and wanting my BR to hit 5 figures within the next year. Here is July 10th-July 31st for $25NL 6maxjuly200825nl6m.jpgAnd this is the month of July with all hands ($25 6max, $50 HU, $50 6max)july2008total.jpgJuly:

    • 20.4k hands
    • +515 total Cash Game profit
    • +260 bonus
    • +155 rakeback

Qualified for Ironman Silver status.August Goals:With school starting back up in a few weeks, that means I will be drinking nonstop for the first few weeks and be taking advantage of freshman girls but aslong as I put in a few hours a day of 6-tabling, I see these goals very attainable.

    • 45k hands
    • $1000 total Cash Game profit while playing $25NL 6max and $50NL 6max (and maybe throw in some HU)
    • Qualify for Ironman Gold status
    • Be comfortably rolled for $100NL 6max

  6. very strange... so out of nowhere about 15min ago, my AIM started working fine and IE is running good as well with javaPretty suprising and weird to see both apps running normally again out of nowhere.

  7. Anybody winning? One time?

  8. I'm not exactly sure HOW this fixed my problem, but awhile ago I was having a problem where Windows Media Player wouldn't open at all. I found these steps on some forum, and it worked like a charm. (BTW, I have Vista and WMP11)1. Click Start, click Accessories, the right click on Command Prompt and choose "run as administrator", then type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then hit enter.2. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll then hit enter.3. Now type exit and hit enter. Now try media player and it should work.
Wow, idk how but that actually worked!! thanks a ton. Now can anyone figure out whats wrong with my AIM? I'm guessing it's a similar problem to the WM Player since it won't launch up right. And I'm running XP.
  9. Uninstall Media player & download WMP 11. Uninstall & re-load AIM (all contacts should still be there). You have an add-on disabled in IE.
How do you uninstall media player? Through control panel>add/remove programs? And I already have uninstalled/reinstalled AIM a few times, it still does the same problem of disappearing a second after you launch it.On IE, all my things aswell as Java are enabled and nothing is disabled yet still having this problem.
  10. So like a month ago, I was able to get rid of some viruses and trojans off my computer with the help from Gatortom64. My computer since then has been running at a good speed, however there are still a few problems. Seems like some of my applications have been disabled, when I click on Windows Media Player, the popup reads "An internal error has occured." When I try starting AIM, the menu will popup and disappear within a second. Firefox is working fine, but in Internet Explorer, the Java doesn't work despite all the settings being on for it. Has anyone experienced similar problems or can help me out?
