look man, I've followed your career for the past 4 years back to the Mark and Tina website. You've made poker a lot of fun and have created a way for a shmo like me to share in part of your fun, so thank you. However, the constant attacking of people in your blogs has rubbed me a little wrong and I'm just giving you some feedback Take it for what it's worth.My writing and analogy was perfect and amazingly insightful at the same time! I'm probably the greatest writer of the century, and frankly, I don't even think it's close. Shakespeare was good and all, but that was a different era and I think what I bring to the table is well..just way, way better. If I thought at all that my analogy was bad I would be more than man enough to admit I was wrong. I've actually done that before you know? In this case, I'm 158% right and there is no way anyone can say any different, because, well, I'm tghe greatest writer of all time and I'm also widely hailed as the most brilliant man in the country. I'm not making this stuff up people, just ask my mom. She'll tell you how smart I am, I'm wicked smart! the argument is that they exploit people like William Hung and others, so why not have fun with the show. It's not a true talent competition, but a reality TV show. That is a compelling argument, but not one that I subscribe to.I read several of the articles and thought they were totally unfunny, and way off base. absolutely not true. American Idol is first a reality TV show before it is a Talent Show. Plenty of exceptionally talented singers are not allowed an audition.Try atleast hearing the otherside of the story by visiting votefortheworst.com.I just don't buy into that at all. It's a choice. Any one of those "starving artists" could choose to go on the show if they chose to. If they decide that they want to stay true to their music and not "sell out" than they could still make it if they are talented enough. -

Funny how most of the posters try to find fault in every thread so they can flame it. Calling other peoples thread crap doesn't make yours any better. Don't like the thread move on and save the cheap comments.Daniel's game is just fine and what most people are witnessing is the variance in poker. What is awesome about Daniel's play is that his downside seems to be at about $200k with an upside of $5mil or so. Huge range but totally freak awesome. I would guess the average pro has a range starting in negative territory with an upside of a couple Mil.

i like the different perspective. Still there's no secret, Daniel is here to entertain us, and he gets (i think) paid well to do so.Nevertheless, I still think it's puss'n out to go from I'm going to take your $400k because your way over your head to make this whole thing go away please. It went from a level 10 intensity when daniel was up 75k to a level 2 after he got smashed.

chopper88 you are grasping at straws. Daniels backs out of a challenge where he gave 10-1. maybe daniel was drunk when he offered those odds. Maybe he was trying to talk big, who gives a crap. That is so small time and a normal occurance in life.then on the email, he did state he wanted it off the record. Then he sticks up for a friend. He attacks Doyal, so what, I could care less if Doyal were to attack Daniel. that's their problem.Has Daniel ever done anything to you personally. If he has then you have a beef. Otherwise, you're just trying to start crap from nothing.Daniel in the smallest of ways has been cool to me and he entertains me. Only some psycho would want something more from the guy.

i didn't think the smack talk about Annie was all that bad. That Carson fellow certainly has the red hair for Danny.If you were to take a poll of the poker viewing public I bet Annie would not fair well. She rubs people wrong.As far as Daniel quitting, I do think that was a bit lame. How do you talk so much smack about how you're going to take someones stack and then back down?I know it's not my money, but I'm also not telling DC that I'm going to bust him. Danny talks like he's huge on integrity, so the right thing to do IMO is to admit he can't bust DC and compliment their play but still raise objections about their ettiquette.Overall I'm still a big fan. No one is perfect.

Why would they give up their edge? That'd be stupid. I don't think you understand why they are playing.Daniel needs to insist future matches be played live.
