KONGOS 0
http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/ss/local/94244.phpI really hope this goes to court. Judge Lee is super confident on the legality of his businesses (not that law really matters to govt or lobbyists, but it'll make for good debate). The state as already been asked to go after him for years but they haven't because (from their own statements) they're not convinced they'll get a conviction. I also believe they're terribly afraid of losing and setting precedent. If that happens, casinos better get ready to lose a whole lot of poker business. Cardrooms will pop up on every corner even faster than they have been doing now.EDIT*** Sorry, I thought I was in General Poker. Mods if you could move thisEDIT** Better yet, I'll repost in General and you can delete this one.
