In the last week I have had the following problems...1. Email responded to but no actual attachment sent.2. More than 24 hours passed before a reply was received. I think it should be quicker than this.3. I requested 3 sets of hand histories but they only sent one. Link to post Share on other sites

I don't understand why UB is so crappy when it comes to hand histories. Nevermind, I do understand. I guess they think educating potential fish is bad for business. Link to post Share on other sites
