Player Notes

What do you guys keep notes on as far as other player's tendencies? I once tried to make a chart to keep track of different categories like "check-raise", "bluff-raise", etc. but found that I was trying to keep track of too many things. I figure that tight aggressive, loose-passive, loose-aggressive is probably too broad. I was just wondering which tendencies you all find most helpful to track.
