The Rio should have brought back the Tournament Director Matt Savage. Look at the current Director did:

Osborne shows 9's while Laak, who hasn't even looked at his cards yet, shows 7-8. The flop comes Ac-7d-2c, and unfortunately for Osborne, the turn bring the 8h, giving Laak two pair to Osborne's one. As Tournament Director Johnny Grooms announces that only a 9 will save Osborne, Johnny Chan points out that an Ace or a deuce will do the same. The river brings the Ac, giving Osborne Aces and 9's against Laak's Aces and 8's and Osborne doubles up.
