Now some suckouts:Playing in the $60 Sat to the 40K guantee (Rat Pack Tournament) at Ocean's 11 Casino in Oceanside, CAIf I remember the blinds correctly it was 50/100, and I believe seat 2 was the BB. I'm in seat 4.Seat 3 folds, I look down at my cards and see AKo, think for a bit then raise it to 500. Seat 5 folds, Seat 6 goes-all in, Seats 7,8,9,10 and 1 fold Seat 2 calls, and I call.Flop comes xTT. Seat 2 checks and I just go all in and Seat to immediatly calls and flips over ATs. I'm in trouble here. Guess we just have to wait to see the turn and river.Turn comes a K. Now here comes the river KING!!!I just runner runnered to hit Kings full of tens to beat his Tens full of kings. In another seperate Sat I pick up AJs(spades). Sorry if I don't remember all the action of who was in and the amounts bet. There is no place I can go to get the hand histories.Flop comes xKT(both spades).Seat 5 goes all in, and I think for a bit, then call his all in. He has me covered. He shows he has KTo so he has Kings and Tens to my Ace high nut flush draw gutshot straight flush draw.turn hits my gin and i get the Q of spades.

here is a laydown i recentally played:Again this is at my local casino Ocean's 11. And I'm playing the low stakes NL you don't normally see.1/1 NLI'm in seat 2, and I believe the BB is seat 8. I decide it's a good say to limp in with my fave hand 24 for fun (and it was sooted to boot of clubs)Seat 3,4 fold seat 5 raises to 5, Seats 6-8 fold, Seat 8 calls, and I make a comment about the raise and throw in the extra 4.flop comes 935I check, seat 5 bets 8, seat 9 calls and i call.Turn comes a 6, and I check again.Seat 5 bets 8 again, seat 9 calls that and i go all in for 11, and the other two players call.river comes 6both players check and i toss over my hand saying straight. and it was good. Now more action in 1/1 NLI have KJo, and don't remember all the action as it pertains to $ amounts.I limp with KJo i know seat 9 was in and maybe seat 5 or 6, don't quite remember that. anyway off to the actionFlop comes JJ3 (two diamonds) Seat 9 checks, i check, seat 5 bets out, seat 9 calls, and I callTurn comes a 3. Action more or less is the same with seat 5 making the bet and seat 9 raising me calling and seat 5 foldingRiver comes a A and Seat 9 bets, I raise all-in. Seat 9 calls it and he shows A3oI believe the total pot there was $63 maybe a bit less. Now before i go, here is one huge laydown:I get AA and how the action was at the table was if I had rose big everyone would have just folded and I would get no action and no chance for the jackpot. So when the action got to me over on the button I raise it to 4, SB calls, and I don't remember who else was in the pot.. maybe it was just us two.Flop comes JQ4 SB bets out 5 I re-raise 10, SB callsTurn comes J, SB bets out 5, and I flat call.River comes a blank and the SB bets out 10. I sit there thinking for a bit. Look at my hand and the flop. I then toss my hand into the muckthen the SB tosses over her hand proving my read that she has trip jacks.I should start keeping track of all the action.

I think you need to figure out the exact meaning of "laydown," because you used it in two different situations. Anyway, I like it, showing your suckouts as well as your opponents. What a concept?!

Actually, after re-reading what I wrote I did figre I made a small errror there. I said at the begining of the message was that I had a laydown I wanted to show, but the first one I listed really wasn't a laydown. It was merely a good hand I played. My error for not really giving any forethought in my playing. Now back to the tread. I did notice that I've listed same great plays/suckouts, and have listed A Laydown (the first one wasn't the laydown, because at the end of it I said I won it)Today playing (and it was a terrible day). I'm sitting in Seat Seat 7. For this hand Seat 2 is the BB. Seat 3 folds, Seat 4 goes all in for 16, Seats 5,6, fold, I look at my hand and see KK. I reaching to raise, but then decided to call, but everyone seemed to want to fold anyway. Please note I don't remember all the cards here, just the nasty ones.He flipped over his had technically after the flop because the side of the table he was on got to see the 7 first. Naturally I flipped over my hand.Flop xx7 Turn 7River BlankGot bad beat by quad sevens. Happens, just went to play the next hand.Another hand that day, bunch of limpers and Seat 2 was the BB. I got to limp in for 1 with 33. Seat 1,2,3,7,8,9 were all in the hand. Flop come 4T3, seat 1,2,3 check. I figure I don't really want to slow play this, so I decide that I wanted to go all in for 35. Seat 8 makes a comment that he wanted to do that (and I didn't believe him) and Seat 9 called. We had the same chips.the Turn and River for both of us didn't improve our hands. He shows that he has T4 as he mucks them.
