Caught the first couple of these. I know next to nothing about the Chef running it, but the concept is sound, and I did enjoy the premise greatly. Looks to be pretty good television, by my standards.Although I kind of wish that them setting the restaurants up wasn't only in the first episode. I would think there would be enough material there for at least a few episodes. I find that aspect more interesting than the actual implementation, but maybe that's just me.Also, the fact that half of these couples can't cook is going to make this a lot of fun. I lol'd when that chick served raw chicken to the inspector.
