    so how come its 715 am central time Sat morn and I was for sure that the Sunday thread would be up by now and everyone would be telling how they would be playing 84 tourneyments and randomly watching curling events while railing lurbz and msp would only be playing the smaller buy ins and bg would be smoking a cigar on his deck while scratching his ass with $100's. none of it is there, are you guys getting slow

    Should High Roller Events Count Towards Records?

    I think we need a much better system for what is considered poker earnings. ANY invitational event shouldn't count. That includes Poker After Dark, NBC Heads Up, or any of the other made for TV events. They should absolutely not count. Ivey's win in the high roller, however, should definitely count, because anyone could have played in that event.

    In the newspaper the next day there was a man severely injured(not the murderer) who had an axe go through his right ankle. Turned out it was a homeless man looking for a place to stay for the night. It was a pretty big adrenaline rush for us but we never got caught.
    could you provide a link to that newspaper article or I say it never happened

    I'm willing to fold if an A comes on the flop, plus there's another guy still in the action (the limper). He ended up shoving and then the guy who had me covered shoved, so I had a lot to gain by calling at that point. Big stack was playing a lot of combo hands and betting people out of pots, so he had a much wider range than the shorter stack. I felt if I had the big stack beat, then I'd at least win the side pot. I was right but got runner runner ****ed. Fck this kunt game.
