  1. Yes Neteller is being a great help. They are working with my bank and are hopefully going to have the charge reversed. They are aware of the situation and are working around the clock on the problem. They said they have a contact at 24 hr poker and they are working towards a resolution. A class act to say the least....

  2. ok... im still talking... and it made sense... if you didnt understand what i said... thats not my fault-MisterBYeah I did reread it... and what it said was you made a couple dozen deposits over the course of a year, and only a couple (2or3) withdrawls... if my numbers are right 3 dozen is 36..divided by 12 months in a year...and bingo we have 3 deposits a month... and if im a complete moron... then what does that make you? And another thing... dont get your thong in a twist over a flame cupcake...you deserved it...oh yeah and i like the quick edit how it changed to deposits INTO your bank account... cute
An EFT deposit sends money from Neteller to my bank account....an EFT withdrawls takes money from my bank account and sends it to Neteller for use at other sites....It's ok that you don't understand....Good Luck.
Adaware is fine... but you get what you pay for... which in adawares case is NOTHING. So if you don't want to pay anything.. adaware is about the best out there. If you don't mind paying $50 bucks... spyware doctor, registry mechanic, and privacy guardian are great. Also as for virus software... Norton and McAfee are both wastes of money... use Nod32, it's the best available, the software is just not as user friendly as the others.
What about Trend Micro PC-cillin?That is what my computer has. Is it any good?
  3. Listen you all are missing the point... thats what you get for making 3 deposits a month for one year...and only 2 withdrawls... buddy if that alone doesnt tell you to quit poker...having someone steal your money out of neteller should... time to take up model airplane building kid... poker aint for you...
Are you referring to my post? If so then you might want to read it again....or maybe you are just a complete moron.....actually don't waste your time, I'm sure it's the latter........
  4. I been in this business awhile now. I read this at another forum and decided to join here. See, one good thing did come out of it, lol.First, Neteller is SSL encrypted. It is 100% safe. Forums have zero access to passwords and it did not happen there.I do not know this person, so do not take anything offensive, this is general comments about seeing past experiences. It happened 1 of 3 ways.1. Info gained from a Trojan Horse/Spyware from your computer and they opened an account at 24Hr and used your keystroke info.Solution: Maintain and run atleast weekly a firewall such as Norton Internet Security and run a spyware removal tool such as Adaware and/or Spybot. Spyware alot of times will hitchhike in on a email attachment and unknown downloads. Be careful of what you open. They can't harm your computer until the file is opened.2. You used a friends or 3rd party computer and windows remembered the info.Solution: Don't do banking anywhere but home. Neteller, your computer will remember the Acct ID and password, but NOT the Secure ID. They would of physically watched you enter that info.3. This is what happens the majority of the time. Joe Gambler will collude at the poker room and get his account locked. Or lose a bunch of money quick. In retalliation, he will make up a cockamainy story trying to harm the place. I can't count the times I investigated to help fellow players just to find out this is what happened.Solution: Don't gamble or be a man and suck up the loss.Go here and, this guy is a casino/poker room advocate. He's settled many casino/pokerroom problems over the years.http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/
Wow....you have it all figured out....I wish I would have talked to you earlier and everything would have been fine....
  5. I love how people really believe that it could never happen to them.....I just hope everyone takes this for what it is worth. I used Neteller for a long time and had no worries and no problems. I thought it was secure. I thought it was safe....I didn't have any info stored in any email account.....The ONLY place my neteller ID has been is in my wallet behind 10 other things, and its still there....and the password wasn't on it.....The only other place I have put my ID is on poker sites when transferring money....Draw your own conclusions.....The purpose of this is not to be paranoid but to help others so the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else that we can reach.Good Luck.
