  1. I found Paradise to be incredibly soft, and cleared their $50 bonus in one day.Ladbrokes has a great bonus. 100% up to $100, plus a $50 referral bonus, plus a $25 bonus or setting up a profile with a photo. Great place to start a bankroll.Golden Riviera and Royal Vegas both have easy bonuses, cleared at 5x and 10x respectively, and can be cleared in a day or two.Let me know if you want referrals to any of these sites.
I've got a couple espesially soft ones in mind but dont want to share with the whole world - PM me if you'd like to hear though
  2. Stars has a much wider variety of tournaments and at all hours of the day. Tilt seems to only have their "token" tournaments with buy ins of $26, and not a very wide selection.Stars has $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $20 etc happening all the time. Never wait more than a couple hours for one...

  3. I was reading in other topics of how people built their rolls and it seems many start early with bonuses. I get the general idea but can everyone help me as to the specifics and which sites are best to do so on. I have about 150 to work with right now so.... thanks everyone.
check out losangelespokerplayers.com for the best bonuses out there. Basically bonus whoring just consists of playing a nice tight solid poker game until your bonus is worked off. Then cash out!
  4. No code needed.Just noticed is at 7x not the old 5x still OKAnd 2FPPs when rake hits $3This is good
yeah but it takes a $60 pot to rake $3. Not a whole lot of games that make anywhere close to that for us "recreational" stakes kind of people.
  5. HiI know Stars has a pretty comprehensive tourney schedule, but I was wondering if there were other sites out there that have 5-20 buy-in's that guarantee decent money and often have an overlay. Any comments and recommendations are welcome.
There are a handful of other sites, and Id be happy to tell you all about them if youd like to PM. As for bodog, they do have nice overlays, though the tournaments there are not very frequent. These days I find them doing less and less guaranteed tournaments - sometimes only 1-2 per day.
  6. I have never played on either and was curious how the games and action was on both. I have never even heard of poker share.. hmm.. comments?
I wouldnt bother with pokershare personally, barely any traffic there. Bodog however has pretty decent traffic, and the players are not too great either. If you decide to play there I'd appreciate the referral.
  7. Can anyone play at the casinos in LA, such as Hustler, Hollywood Park, Bike, or Commerce, or are they private clubs? How small do the limits go? I'll be in LA for3-4 days next week and would like to play. Which is closest to LAX? would the cab fair be relatively affordable. Thanks for all of the help! If I can't play in LA, I'll be in vegas the following week, so I'll just play there.Again Thanks So Much.
Hollywood park is closest to the airport, and should be just as good as any for the small limits. The Bike and Commerce are a little nicer, but much farther away, especially in traffic.
  8. Commerce is REAL loose to say the least. It will be weird if you havent played in cali before as we dont have rake here, we have "collection". They take a fixed amount out of the pot either preflop or postflop (different rates for each). The NL tables with $100 max buy in have $2-$3 blinds so be prepared for lots of action.

  9. Any advice on where to start with $100? Small deposit, I know
I would start at someplace that had quite a few low limit offerings, such as .01/.02 and $1 sit n gos. One good place for that is Doyle's Room. They offer up nice low limit selection for your bankroll building pleasure. I agree that Party is not the place to do it as the low limit selection there is terrible.
  10. I am going to LA in July. Where should I play the Bike or Commerce?i am up for some NL tourneys and 3-6 LHE.
personally I like the bike a lot. Of course I play NLHE cash games, and they are just about the juicies you will find on the planet. The tournaments are not bad, but expect to pay higher buy ins for better structures.
  11. The bankroll is definitely part of the problem, but you may be like most online players and have more "poker money" available, you just dont put it in all at one time. I agree with this myself - why not get interest on your money rather than let party sit on it?Anyway, the people at party are pretty bad players, so no it is definitely not unusual for someone to play 7-9 to a raise. Hell I would probably play 7-9 suited myself in hopes that I could crush someones Aces that they couldnt let go of. In any case, expect pretty decent sized swings there. People throw all their money away on the draws, but when they hit them you'll lose a ton. Just remember that more often though you will win, and profit in the long run.If you just hate party, then you could always look for a new site. There are a bunch of suggestions in the signature site below.Whatever you do, always play with a level head. Tilt play just doesnt work at any site.

  12. Hey guys, decided to finally sign up with FT and see what all the fuss is about. Was wondering if anyone knows of any "bonus codes" I could use...Thanks all
Yeah, you will get a 100% deposit bonus using bonus code from the site in signature. It doesnt clear too fast, but it is doable.
  13. hey which online poker rooms offers the best range of cash games? limits from 2/4 - 5/10
Party has a pretty good range, as does stars and full tilt. Bodog is not bad, but definitely has the worst players possible. If you are going to sign up, check the site in sig below for some nice free gift/bonus offers.
  14. Just cleared my FCP bonus. Now I'm moving sites for a minute. I'm moving a 400 dollar bank roll, looking for a high initial deposit bonus, some soft 1 or 2 nl, and if it'll stack on a referral bonus I'll use that too.Where should I go?
There are a couple places I would recommend. One is full tilt poker, and another is Titan Poker.
