here's the deal with AC in October:I'm flying in on 9/29 and heading straight for AC. I will be there until the evening of 10/2 probably. Then I will be headed to philly and I'm leaving on 10/4.The shows in AC are on 9/30 and 10/1 and the philly show is on 10/3.So I'm down for whatever whenever I'm not at a show.

i can kind of feel your pain man. i have a few good friends that are phish heads or whatever you like to call yourselves and it's been rough on them.i know if PJ ever broke up or went on hiatus after a year or two (because they don't tour consistently like phish) i would also be pretty ****ing bummed. especially if i sat around listening to all their live shows.i'm in a weird mood right now. I've been listening to a lot of phish the past few days, and I really just miss them soo much. It just doesn't seem right that the summer has passed and I haven't gone to a phish show. This time last year I was getting back from coventry and being very spent emotionally from knowing that I was at the last phish show(though I do think they will get back together in the next couple of years, I just hope that I'm not gonna be on the other side of 30 and with children and wife by that point), just is kinda weird. okay melacholy rant done -

Reminded me of a story. The summer before Jason Williams (the white point guard in the NBA) was a rookie, he lived in Pittsburgh for the summer. I guess when he was at U of FLA (I believe he transfered somewhere small?) he met his gf there, and she was from here, so he lived here with her that summer. He would play at playground around the city and tear everyone up. A buddy of mine played against him and was telling us how sick he was and how he said he was going to be in the NBA. Everyone at the park was like "Yea right, if he's that good, why's he here??" Then, that winter, they all (including my buddy) took their foot out of their mouth when he was on SportsCenter every night.yea, my grandparents lived in elizabeth and knew bobby hurley's pops. i used to watch them play in the summer. -

I'm not gonna get on you about not being a real fan of any particular team(at least not right now) I just was wondering where all the hate came from and now that I know I understand. I mean if you lived in minnesota or something and hated philly and newyork teams I would question it. but since you grew up in jersey, it's all good.i look forward to many arguementatvie sports arguements.
