Wewould not be doing our duty to the security and safety of our players if wedid not issue these warnings.At this point, the only thing that will result in your account beingreopened is an acknowledgement of the rules, and your agreement not to usebots or any other prohibited program at PokerStars in the future.     OP, you need to calm down, relize YOU made a mistake and YOU violated a rule YOU agreed too when signing up for pokerstars. your not in any trouble, they even told you all you have to do is reply and say you now understand the rule. stop acting like middle school child who just got caught doing something against the rules and man up... As far as " if you opened your eyes youd see i play 70% of my hands which means im not a bot" thats just retard and stupid to say. thats like Sammy sosa saying its ok if he takes steriods because he strikes out 80% of his at bats. Plus why in the world would you yell at pokerstars when they have your account locked??
    This is like, for example You have a registered gun, cops coming to your house take you in jail, because of possibility of shooting somebody? And they search your house without your permission?

    I think u did not understand, I never run the freaking winholdem and android together with pokerstars software. How they know I had it if I never use it.

We would like to you know that among this program's features is an automated "robot" player feature that makes this program against the rules of PokerStars.Perhaps you were unaware that Poker Android (or any robot player) was against the rules, or were just curious about the program, but use of this software under any circumstances is against our terms of service. Those terms of service are located here: http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/Among them are these terms: 5.5. AUTOMATIC PLAYERS (BOTS). The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Service. All actions taken in relation to the Service by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software. 5.6. You agree that PokerStars may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA Programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with the PokerStars Software on the User's computer. 5.8. FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. In the event that PokerStars deems that a User has engaged .... in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation ... PokerStars shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to the Service, terminating such User's account with PokerStars, seizing all monies held in the User's PokerStars account... PokerStars takes its obligation to the integrity of its games seriously, and cannot permit such programs as Poker Android to operate. We realize that you probably were unaware of the forbidden nature of this program, and therefore we will not take any of the above stern reactions due to this detection. Instead, all we ask is that you reply to this Email stating that you're now aware of the rule against bots, and that you won't use such programs on PokerStars again in the future. Until we receive such an acknowledgement, we have temporarily suspended your PokerStars account.     HelloI was looking for a poker calculator, I downloaded all possible programs over net, including winholdem and poker android, I did not even use it in any poker site bacause I have no idea how to use it however poker stars send me a email to suspend my account, I had only free version of programs, I never use it. Note; I am a new player my preflop calls like 70%, they think robots play like a fish, I play for fun.My question is where the freaking poker stars get the power the see what is in my computer ? and legally can they check all the players computer without any permision? I had no ideaa what a bot is. Ihad winholdem trial version in my computer but I readthe manual it requires C++ knowledge, I have no ideahow to use it, I never even try to use it, I open itonce see, thats all. And my computer crashed startgiving me problems because of another free pokerprogram, last week I needed to reinstall everyting.If you pay little attension, you can see my preflopcalls like 60% 70% , you think there is a programplays like a fish. I play poker for fun I do not needa robot. I do not beleive that they work too, becauseif they work and make money, they are not gonna sharewith nobody?I have another question, where you guys get the powerto see what is in my computer? I never use any bot inany poke site? how come you guys know I had onedownloaded in my comp? Invasion of privacy?

    I visited a website shows info stats for online players, then I decided to put my username. Ater I put my usernmae in I see something jumping next to my username, when I look close I realized it is Fish, and next to the fish it shows how much money I lost.... I beleive it is nobodies busines how much money I lost, how come poker stars make this public? is it not the invasion of privacy?

    Hi everbodyI just wanted to share my experience with pokerstars.I beleive POKERSTARS is rigged.............................................When you first register, they make you win , I play 10 sit-go first day , I was in money 7 of them, I called the 6-3 off suit against AA I win, I make runner runner flashes, Second day was good too. Only two days they make to win new players. Even my cat jump to my laptop call somebodies all in, I make runner runner and win in fist day''''then I start getting bad beats forever.......My point is, is anybody out there make money from pokerstars in long time period?????thanks
