If you are playing Limit, then downtown there is Capitol & Limelight. The Limelight is a popular bar on weeknights so the game is pretty soft as far as limit can get.But, as already stated if you are looking for NL, then the Indian Casino's (Cache Creek or Jackson Rancheria) are your best bet... If I am reading it right, the raise of 13 more(by Player1) is more than half of the original raise of 20 more(of Player 2) and should count as a complete bet. Thus, giving either Player 2 or 3 the right to re-raise...
