  1. I could be wrong, and feel free to correct me if I am, If DN cashes in the ME wont that be a WSOP record for most cashes in a single year? I believe Chris Ferguson has the current record at 8, and DN just tied it. I know quite a few have 7, and DN had 6 in 2004. Also does this mean he is no longer "washed up"?

  2. I think Daniel is one of the best players in the world. When you have a few years where things are working out. People often times jump on the chance to kick a person while they are down. Its quite clear that yes Daniel's success tournaments wise struggled some in the years after 04, but thats simply variance part of poker. Espically tournament poker with the huge fields. You can go a very long time without even making a single cash. As far as his constant beatings on HSP. I think he hasn't played badly at all. He's ran really really horrible if anything. Yeah he played some great players, but I don't think he's out classed, and the players there will tell you the same thing. He obviously is taking it serious, but its super hard to play what 50ish events completely perfect. His accomplishments in poker are far beyond most if not all of ours. We all joined his site because there was either some admiration, or respect for his understanding of the game. To me he's a very good player who is just taking the ups and downs of poker that every player experiences. He's obviously having the ups again. He managed himself well during the downs, now its time for him to enjoy his success at the top again.

  3. I think so too. although I hope earlier.I've tested a little 24 tabling it's prettty fun :club: just set mining and raising premium hands.
    Thats exactly what I been doing. Its fun, and a pain in the a$$ at the same time. (smash theory STILL works)Last 11 milestone hand "flurrys":10:19 +1.7110:53 +1.9111:31 -.1711:55 +8.6812:24 -3.7112:54 -1.641:21 +7.651:47 +3.882:16 +.292:36 +3:463:00 -2.78Avg 10 mins shots at milestone hand & about 15 tables.
  4. I been tracking this since yesterday. Its on an avg. of about 2 an hour, (26mins). I assume this will become faster as the the 25billionth nears. probably to about 3 an hour. 27 left, 9 hours from now or sooner. I'm gonna guess between 9:00 -10:30pm EST. PS multitable-ing 15-20 tables on the micros ($.01-$.02) every half hour since yesterday tryin to hit one of the milestone hands for $300/$125 has increased my bankroll from $153 to $196. I start loading tables when the meter is at 250000, and close em out after the hand hits. So far I havent got on one of those tables, but the extra $50 or so is nice. :club: PPS I have never multitabled more than 4 tables before this promotion.

  5. I do something very similar, however with 2 to 3 times as many players though.$20 buy in =3000 chips$20 rebuys 1st 3 levels (3k chips)$20 add on at end of level 3 (3k chips)BLINDS:25-50 30mins50-100 30mins100-200 30mins200-400 25mins300-600 25mins400-600 25mins500-1000 25mins600-1200 20mins800-1600 20mins1k -2k 20mins1500-3k 20mins2k-4k 20mins3k-6k 20mins4k-8k 20mins5k 10k 15mins all levels after this double, however it rarely reaches this farAvg total chips in play is usually between 85k - 100k depending on how many show up (avg 12-14)Usually over in 5 - 6 hoursDont know if this helps but it works great for us. 1st each night is 4+bills.

  6. I'm not a super nice person in real life, especially around scum like this. If I was drinking, he would be in a lot of trouble...If I'm sober, he will still probably be in alot of trouble, but I will wait and not jump directly over the table at him and rip out his esophogus.... I would say calling him a cocksucking mother fcker would not be out of line, then telling him something to the effect of, try that fcking shit again motherfcker, and you're going to get piss pounded. That's the wrong sht to pull against the wrong dude, I WILL take you in the parking lot and end your life....
    Classic stuff
  7. I run a poker league every week for the last 4 years. The league runs in 16 week intervals, at the end of the season there are cash prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers. Most of the guys in the league show up every week, but there are a few that obviously can not make it EVERY time. They must however, make it at least 10 of the 16 weeks to qualify for the top 3 players of the year, and the end of season main event. Typically the way I determined the top 3 players was like so:1. ITM% ( In the money %) min. 10 games played ex 7 itms of 15 weeks played =.467 ITM%2. POINTS ( 1 point earned for each person who attended) ex 10 players 1st =10 pts 2nd= 9 pts etc.3. PROFIT/LOSS ( the amount of money you won vs the amount you lost)There is always 3 spots awarded each night up to 15 players, 4 spots if 16 or more. (generally 12-14 show up, 2 tables)Here is my dilemma, this has worked for the first 9 seasons without too much conflict, however this season was a little skewed in the standings. It actually worked out in the last week of the season, and the rightful MVP won, but it was a close call. After 15 weeks the top 3 players stats were these:1. player A 7 out of 15 ITMs (467%) 127 pts prof/loss of +$325 1 - 1st, 3- 2nds, 3-3rds2. player B 7 out of 15 ITMs (467%) 125pts prof/loss of +$975 3 - 1sts, 2 -2nds, 2 -3rds3. player C 5 out of 11 itms (455%) 74pts prof/ loss of -90 0 - 1sts, 2 - 2nds, 1 - 3rd, 1 - 4thAs you can see player B was by far the best player with winning the most money and had most firsts. But either player A or C could have won and player C really didnt do that well. Player C ended up winning it in the last week so it was all fine, but I dont want this to happen again.Does anyone have any suggestions to better determine the best player at the end of a 16 week session like this. I want to keep it fair for all, and not weighed heavily towards the guys that CAN show up every time. THANX for any help in advance. And sorry if I bored the others with this.

  8. go to www.imageshack.us and upload it, then grab the 'direct link to image' link it gives you, and paste it between [/img] and there you go.Mark
Still no go, It says dynamics in the image pages are not allowed. Whatever that means.Anyhow I copied a pic of Cantu on the cover of a Summers eve box. If anyone wants to try it. ISAPP(posting pics)
  9. Cantu On the ClimbBrandon Cantu just took down another big pot when hisK:diamond:Q :ts bested theK :D J :D of Dennis Phillips. The board was K :3h Q :club: 5 :D 9 :4h 2 :5c and Cantu managed to trim about 1,100,000 off of Phillips with his flop and turn bets. Cantu is now sitting on about 6,200,000 while Phillips commands a stack of about 3,680,000.OOPS slow
