  1. Everytime i've started to build a roll i have found success playing sit n gos. I usually then try to carry that over to MTTs and fail miserably. So... I'm experimenting with playing nothing but sit n go tourneys for a long time.I started playing the 2.25s on full tilt (all full table, non-turbo, single table only). After building to 30 buyins for the 5.50s i've been playing there. What will be a good volume to actually care about my ROI numbers? I know i'm not there yet. I've played 67 in the last week or so. Any other major advice i should look for as i continue my sit n go quest? What limits have the largest differences, will i notice a huge jump if i make my bankroll to 30 x the 11s and begin playing there? All advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

  2. Yeah, i figured he'd have an answer since my question came from reading through some of the hands he posted and some of your responses. I'm just now getting into limit. It's a whole different game than i'm used to (nl sng).Works much better for rakeback though, and will maximize my profits if i can get good at it.

  3. I am comfortably aware of what the acronym stands for (Semi-loose, Agressive, Passive) and at what positions during the hand they mean. I am curious however, what is classified as "Semi-loose?" What starting hands from what kinds of positions is "semi-loose" as opposed to tight and loose?Feel free to give pokertracker numbers as well as i understand them. Just trying to wrap my hand around what it means to play SLAP, or SL of any kind. I typically play very TAG. Almost too much on the tight side.

  4. I was just going to risk it all and ask: WTF is Magic?I've been seeing it all day, have no clue.
Magic is a card game. Fantasy based. Lots of the current games like pokemon and whatever were based off of it. Made by Wizards of the Coast. Actually called "Magic the Gathering" if you ever search it.
  5. Curious as to peoples thoughts on moving up in limits. I'm as inpatient as the rest of us when it comes to playing a higher limit. What do you do when you move up a limit, log 4,000 hands and are winning at a rate of 5 big blinds per 100 hands (besides being happy that you are winning?)Do you say, i'm a winning player, by more than recommended (2bb/100) and take a shot at the next level, or do you feel burdened by the fact that you aren't at the recommended bankroll (500bb) for the limit you would be moving up to?Any thoughts/advice welcom.Sychar
