It's a little late, for several reasons... But I moved just north of Jackson, into Canton, in January. If you're looking at the Jackson area, Madison and Ridgeland are amazingly nice, especially for families. Missss is very family oriented, actually. Believe it or not, they even have electricity and running water. Also, it gets incredibly hotVicksburg is an hour, Tunica 2.5, Harrah's (Louisiana Downs) less than 4.It's settled then!Hey Beans, I feel like you're the most qualified to answer this....It's a long way from being a done deal but there's a company that reached out to me abouta job.....in Mississippi of all places. Other than the MS part it's a good job....$xxk + per year with bonuses, company car, really good benefits etc.... We (me, wife, kids) picked up and moved away from CA with no family here in WA so we're not opposed to moving farther for a good job. Just not sure about Mississippi. They said we could live anywhere in the state we wanted. Any general advice and/or recommendations on what part of the state to consider? (I'm thinking Jackson area and North would be my preference.) -

What's funny is I haven't played poker since I moved to Mississippi and Grinder motivated me to go play a couple rounds. In MS, the casinos have to be on the MS river, so it's literally a building attached to another building that is built to look like a steamboat. I go by there almost every week on my way to Monroe, LA. Speedz, you cannot play the limit games at foxwoods. You'll remember why you don't play poker anymore. Give yourself a shot at the title with a little 1-2 action there. It does not matter what limit game you play, there is no bluffing, it is literally who has the best hand at the end (usually three ways). I'm sure most of you didn't highlight the quote from Grinder I re(posted, tweeted? Idk, I'm not a kid anymore). Also, it's been 18 months since my last bbomb, which I completely forgot about until I randomly checked on things here. I'm incredibly happy to see who's left, seems to be doing reasonably well. Lastly, was that Guapo Dutch race thing a joke or not? Or level, apparently. I left before that word was Bespoke and/or cool. I still use too many paragraphs. And you should still go to NYC given the chance.
