    The majority are lukewarm, more,"Meh" vs. the staunch atheists "Hell, no!" I can respect that bulldogedness to just deny at all cost, and maybe on some level does God as well, because we see in the scriptures what he disdains most is the lukewarm.

    Yeah I know Trey, but I'd feel a little uncomfortable in that circumstance. I'm sure it'd be much more difficult for me to focus and play my A game on 8 tables with me kind of trying to explain to you what I am doing and why. I think you will get more insight in future strat posts as to me telling you on the spot what I'm doing.

    If you're going to approach this from within this biblical standpoint then you seem to be putting too much stock in 'life' there are many verses in the bible where god talks about how UNIMPORTANT 'earthly' life is. An the real 'reward' is heaven etc etc. An 80 yr life compared to eternity is immeasurable. That being the case why/where/how does god say that this insignificant time on earth is so important?If you want to truly argue this from an ideological standpoint...Assumption: You have no right to deny anyone else in the world of life.Fact: You as an American have the power, even on a personal level to feed 1000s of people in third world countries that have no food and will starve to death.Fact: If you do not help these people in a manner that is within your power you are directly denying them life.Conclusion: You are living a life of sin and shunning god's sanctity of life EVERY DAY, CONSTANTLY, AS LONG AS YOU LIVE

    once again, science is not concerned with absolute truth in the philosophical sense you are talking about. it is just a method for finding apparent truth through repeatable tests.
    Yes, but "philisophical truth" does not exist according to Dawkins (and you), by definition. It is not based on science.

    Homosexuality is not a choice, at least in many cases.Why the **** would someone choose to go against the strongest urge known to man, the urge to procreate with the opposite sex?I'm just going to CHOOSE to like men, because it's the cool thing to do. Yeah right.Does this make sense to you?
