  1. You guys are the most highly regarded posters not only in FCP, but out of FCP, 2+2, RCP, and Cardplayer. So congrats!!! I hope everything keeps going well in all your lives. From playing within your play money rolls, to continously insulting other people for no reason, your lives are filled with purpose and promise. Make sure you all play within your limits though. One time, instead of playing 5 10 for playmoney, I played 100 200!!!!! JEEPERS!!!!!!!!!! MY HEART WAS BEATING A MILE A MINUTE!!!! needless to say, i ended up busting all over and lost my entire play $ roll. Thats what happens when you don't play within your roll i guess right?? Thats Poker!!!! So remember, keep playing well within your roll. Heck if your roll is 100$, play half cent, 1 cent as the blinds, 1$ buy in. I mean after all, you dont want to lose it all right?? Never take shots, remain in the micro limits. That way, you can have the approval of all the FCP general posters, and i mean, isn't that everyone's goal in life?? To get the approval of the FCP general forum?? So to those of you who arn't there yet, here are a few steps to get there.1.) Play either play $ or micro limits2.) Post sarcastic or superier sounding remarks in other people's threads that play much higher limits then you do3.) Be very insecure in generalIf you can complete these key steps, I think you will be on your way to becoming a valid member of the best part of this forum, The General Poker Forum. Until next time, may all your cards be live, and your pots be monsters!!!
wow. I never thought I would read something so true to heart. I have taken roberts2003's advice and I actually do feel better about myself. my play money roll has never been bigger. despite what roberts2003 says, I think I will have to take a shot at a bigger game, preferably 100/200. I see the same donks in there day in and day out. so, take roberts2003's advice. good luck and godspeed!!!!
  2. wow. how can you guys be any more wrong. especially you, zacharia. I was watching the WHOLE hand and I saw the DEVASTATING SHOWDOWN. it was a COOLER beyond BELIEF. the "villain" (nice username, by the way) showed down 7 of spades and the SEVEN of PUPPY FEEEEEET. talk about the bad beat of the week. or maybe even month. I haven't seen a cooler that bad since casino royale. ZING!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. It could be KQ, KJ, etc.
KQ is a slight possibility. But if one has KQ, what could the other possibly have that he's raising/three betting? KJ doesn't really make sense.
I have called similar hands many times, only being beat about 18% of the time. This is LIMIT holdem, its all about value decisions in the long run. You're best there about 89% of the time. So call.
Which statistic are you using? I'm beat 18% of the time or I'm beat 11% of the time? Or are these completely arbitrary numbers?
  4. Okey, the answers you got probably wasn't all that informative so I'll try to get a better discussion going. Firstly, did you have any reads on the players involved in the hand? Rocks, maniacs, etc.?
Thanks for being productive. It seems most people on this forum just want to make inane and obvious comments that really add no value to the discussion.UTG was a loose passive donkey. I didn't really have a read on the BB.
    at 2/4? AA/QQ/JJ/TT/99
Aces or queens would make sense if the turn and possible flop action were different. It seems too implausible to me for someone with top set (or aces, I guess) to wait until the river came to bet.
  5. Preflop: Hero is SB with [Kh], [Ks]. MP3 posts a blind of $2. UTG raises, 3 folds, MP3 (poster) calls, CO calls, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, BB caps, UTG calls, MP3 folds, CO calls, Hero calls.Flop: (18 SB) [Qd], [2s], [Ts] (4 players)Hero bets, BB raises, UTG calls, CO folds, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, UTG calls.Turn: (13.50 BB) [9c] (3 players)Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls.River: (16.50 BB) [Jd] (3 players)Hero bets, BB raises, UTG 3-bets, Hero folds, BB caps, UTG calls.Final Pot: 25.50 BBIs this pot too big to fold? I think it was pretty obvious that I was beat. BB isn't going to be capping with KQ preflop, so I ruled that out.

  6. I think there's something wrong with the DNS. what you should do is: go to google, search for nslookup, type in neteller.comonce you've done that you should come up with an ip address for neteller.com. . Copy and paste into the address bar. Done!
