One of my teammates had me joking a fitness group of theirs on FB. This month they had a fitness challenge to go out each dsy and be active. So I said wtf. You have to post pics of your progress (Fitbit details, Runkeeper app days etc) for accountability.

I weighed myself on June 1 (178). I have not changed my diet. Just a lot of activity. Steps, soccer, hockey, and plenty of bike rides. Down to 172.8.

Its when I stop drinking that it all changes, now I want carbs+sugar.

I was able to satisfy this craving to a great extent, hence the number above. Time to get back on the horse, somewhat....

Many other factors at play, I know but just throwing it out there that I'd prefer the auction and draft not be on Sept 22, 23, or 29. And if it had to be one of those days, the earlier the better. 30th would be perfect guys. :-)

it will be the weekend of Poker Stars WCOOP most likely as always which is usually the 4th weekend of Sept which in this case is the 23rd for the Saturday. All to still be confirmed with Daniel.

lolol, this was actually really funny. Maybe one of the best episodes of the best comedy of all time, and your referral was bang on for this contest of ours.

GL with the reset, maybe once you're home and in a routine it will be easier.

this Ottawa stuff...WTF is going on.

am I allowed to say b*tches be crazy?

Woah woah, we should wait until Melnyks forensic report is complete before jumping to conclusions.

Speaking of which; strong rumours (again) that Cirque du Soleil (who has the failed second bit for LeBreton redevelopment) are closing in on buying them.

Still thinking and smiling about being at game 5. I was really conflicted if it was worth all that money, but some good friends convinced me to do it, and frankly I had won the money in a hockey pool, so it was easier to justify.

Hours after this game, we all heard the news about Bourdain, and his books in many ways changed my life+my desires to reach for experiences in life.
As a good friend said to me last night, life is pretty much fcked 8 ways until Sunday. Find any happiness you can.

Life is way too short guys, the next time you have a decision like I had, just go for it. Enjoy it while you can!

So true. Life is about experiences and memories. Money means nothing at the end of the day. My dad lived his life that way. Some people would talk and say why do you have to travel to overseas 2-3 times a year? Well he enjoyed his life and ended up dying relatively young and Iím glad he experienced all the places and memories he had. Time is something we donít have a lot of. We need to enjoy every minute. Iím glad you experienced that.
