Just because your aggressive does not instantly make you good. Its controlled aggression. You can even be loose aggressive and be a winner but it works better in a tournament situation. One is tight/loose.The other is passive/agressive.You started by asking about agression and now you are asking about tightness.Some of the starts are loose and agressive (e.g. Gus Hansen) if that is what you are asking. And any poker with two brain cells to rub together would change his style several times throughout the course of a game or tournament.However, there is a set way to NOT play poker.Like calling every bet to see every flop. I don't think everyone has what it takes to play my way. I am just sick of everyone saying "that guy is a fish because he won a pot with something other than the top ten starting hands". I ussually define someone as a fish based on how the money gets in the pot, that being with them not having odds to chase. If I raise with AA and go all in and he has 62 and gets all my money I don't consider him a fish. If he goes all in with me preflop and gets me, I assume he is a fish. I will admit I do like Gus Hansen and I respect his play alot. So alot of my theories and idea's do come from his style of play. I am not taking credit for agressive play or anything.
