Willing 2 Die 0
Reads: Villian is a solid player. Is willing to make C-bets with Air, but slows down in multiway pots. 3 hands earlier he showed a bluff to his villian after he Cbet a heads up pot. Villian has started a conversation with hero though about online poker, AP, etc, so definitely a knowledgable player. My image. I'm TAG, i haven't shown any bluffs. My hand is JJ.Effective stacks are Hero $150, Villian $300+Preflop action: UTG + 1 limps, Villian raises to 12, hero calls 12, blinds fold, UTG+1 calls.Flop: Kd, Jd, 10dUTG + 1 checks. Villian bets $15, Hero calls $15, UTG+ 1 folds.Turn: 8sVillian bets $50Hero ------>?
Acid_Knight 2
That card changes nothing. I'd usually raise the flop. Since you didn't, I call here and probably call most rivers too.
David_Nicoson 1
I would also raise the flop, but I shove the turn. I think he shows up here with a pair and one diamond a lot.
LJB723 0
I don't think you can just call the flop bet, you have to raise here.Calling the turn only leaves you ~$70 back so you're probably re-loading anyway. Shove the turn.
Snamuh 0
I hate the flop call. It's such a dangerous board. Shoving is really your only action now on the turn.
Zach6668 513
What about preflop? We're all reraising here, right?
David_Nicoson 1
What about preflop? We're all reraising here, right? If we're 6-handed, yes. If it's full-ring, no.
Acid_Knight 2
What about preflop? We're all reraising here, right?mostly, yeah.
Roberts2003 0
i havnt played enough live poker at casinos yet, but from my limited experience, its usually a good idea to just call with JJ preflop here, especially if its full ring. if you dont think you can play post flop well, then reraising preflop is probably better.on this hand, either raise flop or raise turn if you called flop. def dont call again with 1 card to come. Willing 2 Die 0
Results in white: Hero shoved and villian called with A8dd for the flush.
Acid_Knight 2
Results in white: Hero shoved and villian called with A8dd for the flush. IF he's raising up front with that, you MUST reraise JJ preflop.
ROBBBIGG 0
I would've reraised preflop, bet 1/2 pot on the flop, and dumped on the turn if he called or raised the flop bet.

I'm not saying you're short stacked, but you could use more chips so re-raise villain.either he says something like. Ok i'll see a flop, or he says, i guess my weak ace is no good.. I mean i'm not trying to be results based here, but whats the best thing that can happen? he flops a flush DRAW, and you extract chips, or the flop is 8 high and you extract chips. You want to extract more preflop so when he whiffs the flop like he will often with A,8dd you get mobnies
Acid_Knight 2
Stuff I didn't readWhere you been? You completed your run and abandoned strat?
mtdesmoines 3
Hero ------>?Shove. Villain is unlikely to have flopped a flush. If he did, you have outs.
