Hello,I was wondering if anyone knew if they have released ticket prices yet? I really would like to go to a game but I am not paying $50 for noise bleed seats.

Some teams have, some haven't. List printed in a local paper yesterday:Boston: Until late November, cheap seats are $10 and kids under 12 get in free.Buffalo: Season tickets in the two lower levels are down 12% to 28%, ticket prices will vary by opponent.Calgary: No changes.Chicago: Season ticket prices cut 10%.Columbus: Season ticket prices cut an average of 8%.Dallas: Cheapest tickets are $10.Edmonton: No changes.Florida: Entry level season ticket package is $8.70/game.Montreal: 10% discount on 4500 seats each game, 500 "family-zone" seats are less than $10.Islanders: Cheapest tickets are $10.Ottawa: Season ticket prices frozen for this season and next, 5% rebate on this year's season tickets. Season ticket holders get a free player-autographed Senators jersey, 13000 comp tickets to be given away.Philadelphia: Prices cut across the board by 4.55% to 19.15%.Phoenix: 15000 seats reduced by 11% to 25% each, 5000 season tickets available at under $15 per game.Pittsburgh: 61% of seats are $30 or less.Toronto: No change. In general, if your local team is likely to sell out regardless, don't expect many deals.

Atlanta: No changeNashville: Rolled prices back to 1998-99 levels.Washington: No change. You may hear majority owner Ted Leonsis say that tickets have been rolled back to 1999 levels or that the Caps tickets are one of the cheapest in the league. Both statements are false. And, yes, I'm bitter about it.

My season tickets for the Rangers are down 10% from 2003-2004. They had plan's on doing the same discount for 2004-2005 but we know how well that worked out.

The Leafs actually lowered them s urprisingly. Wonder what the Teacher's Pension Plan had to say...
You are correct, it is very surprising. The Leafs are probably the only team in the league that could have raised their ticket prices by 10-25 % and still sell out every game.

And then there are the weak markets like Atlanta and Washington where they kept the same pre-lockout prices. I think Toronto did it as a way of apologizing. Atlanta and Washington can afford not to because if it results in lower attendance and lower revenue, they'll just get more Maple Leaf money via revenue.
