Chip_and_a_Chair 0
Anybody else have to do a Bank Account Verification Form? I already tried the search function to answer my question, but my research skills suck. Anyway, I've cashed out several times at BoDog without incident, then suddenly received an e-mail saying they had information that my information was similar to another account, and requesting that I fax account information and a photo ID. Never had this happen at any site. What the dilly?P.S. I threw in the "dilly" hoping to get flamed. Fire away.
krup24 0
This has happened to me on party before. I was frozen for no apparent reason except that an account had similiar info and I had to fax all this crap: Photo ID, Copy of a Utility Bill, etc. I think they are selling this info to identity thieves. Governator 54
Get a phone # and call and speak to someone, I would be very concerned about providing photo ID and all that shit.

Bijjy 0
Full tilt and party poker have done it to me. Also it has happened to a few of my friends, it can happen randomly, due to similar account info, due to shared payment processing, or they do it when you do large withdrawals regularly. 5k +
