Everything stated is correct.

Jones wins but everyone hopes DC finds a way.

Lombard beats Burkman, possibly by a lame decision.

I think Cerrone wins but this is less certain. Jury hasn't fought at this level, but he hasn't ever lost a fight, either. That's always tough to derive insight from.

Line on Jones/DC has been VERY steady @ +140's for Cormier. I'm medium on Jones and I hope I lose.

You can currently buy Lombard for -630'ish but the spread is big across the books with him being as high as -900 and I'm definitely not buying this fight.

Cerrone for -180, Jury for -170. Nothing on this either.

There goes about 3/4 of a years worth of winnings.

Seats - There are no good seats (unless you are ringside). We had floor seats 11 rows from the ring... pretty close and I paid quite a bit. I couldn't see shit. You can't see over other people's heads

I keep seeing that Jury is getting shit because of his lack of a resume and that he has only beat Gomi and Diego Sanchez which people don't think are big wins.

Nobody is mentioning that he beat Michael Johnson in December 2012. I feel like that is a pretty decent win. Jury could definitely be being undersold at this point.

Cowboy could be pretty scary though, especially since it is too cold to go wakeboarding before the fight

His wins aren't over bums but Cerrone, right now, is extremely scary.

Naturally I hope Cerrone loses but if I had to pick one fight on the card NOT to bet, its that one.

Some Uriah Hall in the -140 range. May regret this but I think he's a unique case where his problem are 100% mental and if he gets those under control, it may be shocking what he can do.

FYI this fight is off. Phillipou is injured

Saffiedine out against Brown too.

Awful.

They're not idiots, you have to think that by now they have a fighter on stand-by for every important fight. All I know is that if I were running the UFC, the top few cards (at least) would have a scheduled Fighter A and Fighter B with an alternate in waiting, who would be told in advance that if the fight broke, he would be called in to replace the injured fighter so stay in camp. Perhaps pay alternates $5K to stay on call for a fight.

Haha have you not seen him act like this before?

both the brothers have been like this for years with all the whining and complaining about random shit that doesn't make sense. They both have made a ton of money and act like they have been wronged by the world. I just don't understand why the ufc re-signed them, they might add to ratings (a little) but along the way they are just a pain in the ass and not good fighters anymore.

Because the ufc spent a lot of time helping promote the Diaz name and they arent going to let Bellator sign them and generate ratings. The UFC will just offer them wrestlers, which they will either turn down or lose to and lower their bargaining power.

Diaz will still hype a fight and people either will watch them because they love them or want them to get pummeled. It may be counterintuitive because they can scrap on their feet, which makes for good fights

Just a theory

Watching the weigh ins now.

Will decide.

Bought some Damm @ +400'ish. Against Dunham I think that's more a +200 fight. He is a legit dog but it doesn't take 4 before he wins 1.

Bought some Cannonier @ +200 because he's black, unknown, undefeated and fighting Shawn Jordan, so let that be insight into what my thought process can be at times.

Put a $20 flier on Jones by Sub @ +850.

The line is really moving on him. I bought a good bit of him around -150 but he's in the -180/-190 range and on the move.

Betting small because I've been losing all year but taking Garbrandt +115 and Cerrone -150. Will take Cormier just for a sweat if I win at least one of those

Is it just me or is that a surprisingly low number for an undefeated champ with 7 straight title defenses fighting a guy who has only beaten hw cans, a 44yo middleweight and a barista

If that Guataffson fight didn't happen Jones would probably be -600

I also think olympic wrestler means something to sports betters

But yeah jones should be higher

Majorly.

I'm medium-large on Jones and stopped scaling in in the -160's.

If I wasn't maxed out on him, I'd still buy him right now at -200.
