InternetExplorer 2,609
Anybody know any good resume writing services? I think I should get mine looked at by a pro. Shit is getting ludicrous in my company and I need to be prepared to jump ship at a moment's notice. The recruiter I worked with basically got mine up to speed before submitting it to anything. I do think the services are worth it, if you value your time at all.

Napa_Don 688
It was probably already promised to some higher-ups failson and they just had to post it for appearances.
brvheart 1,752
Well, I had an OK GPA in college How do you define ok GPA? 3.7? 3.5?
Napa_Don 688
3.3 I would consider 3.5 a really good gpa and 3.7+ amazing.
Essay21 2,385
It was probably already promised to some higher-ups failson and they just had to post it for appearances. It’s been posted continuously on the website for over 90 days. I’m hoping it is because they want someone part time whereas I want full time, but it could be they wouldn’t consider me because I’ve never been employed in that exact position before. Probably both. Essay21 2,385
About to lunch at Q39, the best barbecue in the world. If you’re in KC make sure you partake, it will change your life.

David_Sklansky 1,903
Looking into Q39, not my scene. I judge a BBQ place by their brisket, and here is what I now know about theirs: - They use a TON of unnecessary seasoning, before and after cooking - They use a Texas Crutch, which suggests to me that aren't committed to craftsmanship - They encourage the use of sauce. What are they trying to hide? I'm sure it's delicious, especially if you like KC-style sauce swimmers, but this is not how you make brisket.
BigDMcGee 3,352
There are two acceptable preparations of Brisket: Texas style and Passover style
David_Sklansky 1,903
I remember watching ping pong during I believe the Beijing Olympics, and the color guy noted that there were like 50 Chinese players who didn't make the team who were ranked ahead of anyone on the next best team (Korea?). That's what Texas brisket is. There are a million morbidly obese Texans making brisket in gas station parking lots right now, each of them humiliating the entire population of Carolina and KC and anyplace else that dabbles in barbecuing beef. Stick to pork, boys, it's a lot easier.
