Rated-R 0
It would be kool if the Leafs wore the St Pats jerseys tonight being that it is St. Patrick's day and all.
gruven 530
It would be kool if the Leafs wore the St Pats jerseys tonight being that it is St. Patrick's day and all. They have done it before, about five years ago. But teams cannot ask for an exemption from their regular approved jerseys unless they are the home team, or both teams approve it. Zach6668 513
Have I ever mentioned how ****ing insane Pittsburgh is for St. Patty's day?Last year, we I was in town about this time, with no clue what is going on, we wake up Saturday morning to a parage outside our hotel window...Then we walk close to downtown, away from the arena, and they closed the streets off and had a big *** beerfest right in the streets! It was amazing, lol. Also, Pittsburgh has some of the hottest girls I've ever seen.Oh, btw, this is at like 10:30 AM... The whole city is crammed into a few blocks downtown drinking green beer on the streets. Simple amazing.- Zach
Rated-R 0
They have done it before, about five years ago. But teams cannot ask for an exemption from their regular approved jerseys unless they are the home team, or both teams approve it.I thought they did but wasn't sure how long ago. I understand the league regulating what jerseys a team can and cannot wear BUT I think it would make for better business if teams wore different jerseys more often on special occasions (eg St. Patrick's Day). I'm sure it would help with jersey sales.
