  1. The villian made a great call and read. Daniel played the hand fine, but in that situation it was too risky. The risk far outweighted the reward.
  2. There is almost always hands that could be played better. I am sure the railbirds will look fpr hands that Dreamclown didn't play well. Lets here from some on anlyst from some folks that aren't biased. The more information that is posted, the more of an opportunity for the opponent to improve mistakes. Out of a thousand or so hands, players always makes mistakes. How many hands does the GCC need to stop blaming cards for wins and losses? I don't think there are enough hands yet. However, in another 10k of hands we should know.
  3. Way too early for anyone to claim victory in this match up. The claim that Daniel left early sounds like an excuse. There were fluctuations by both sides and the session ended like it was played, fairly even with Daniel up a little tiny bit. (for those stakes of course) So, excuses are limited, they should agree how long they are going to play before they start. Sounds like Daniel has a life besides poker. Good for Daniel. Dreamclown has shown great moxie. It will be several more matches before it is clear where these two stand against one another. If Dreamclown knows who he is playing
  4. Daniel, I was wondering how Barry Greenstein was in this game when he spoke at the University of Illinois tonight. I heard from someone who went to see Greenstein speak that Greenstein says he has been in Champaign for a week. Just curious.
  5. One very important factor when trying to determine Daniel's intentions is the amount of time he played or planned on playing. It is not like Daniel sat at that table for hours grinding all the players out with a big stack. For players that could adjust their style of play to the situation it was an opportunity to double and thriple up. Or you could play rock tight and enjoy Daniel's company for an hour and a half. Is Daniel going to blind guys out??? It seems to me that the more time Daniel plays the bigger advantage his chip stack is because of his skill. Not necessary because of the st
  6. First post. I am certain that Daniel is one of the best poker players in the world. From what I have seen here and from what I have seen on TV it would be an honor to play poker with Daniel. I imagine it would be very fun and also educational. Daniel's intention when he played that table was to have fun and play as many pots as he could to make the best use of his time. It was entertainment and having a good time. I am sure he didn't mean to take advantage of these players. If Daniel chooses to buy in for that amount of money, adjust your style of play. Poker is a game of patience. Tak
