Been chopping away.5:33-DN at 3225 after making 75432 on the river vs. 7643A5:45- Archie Karas the razz specialist, is at DN's new table. Daniel has A248 vs. 8954. DN catches KQ8 lol. Archie makes 9 high.5:53- Archie pulls another miracle out against Daniel. Down to 1800.5:58- Daniel up to 27006:22- DN at 2385. Lost another pot to Archie. All 3 times hes had Archie in bad shape, but lost all 3.7:08- Daniel at 2000 now.7:15- Up to 3800 after making 6 vs 7.7:28- Daniel starts with A 3 4 and makes 8 6. Up to 4400 now.7:46- Daniel has 3850 at the dinner break9:16- Daniel reraises a guy with 774. Other player raised with a 10 and is raising way too much.9:31- Daniel is the bring in with Q 2 5 no raise. Makes a 6 and wins a nice pot. Up to 6400 now.10:15- Daniel had 2500 and was all in needing to beat 34567. Made A4567 up to 5400 now.10:35- Daniel catches a young kid on a bluff who had a bad 10. DN at 6300.10:38- DN up to 9000 after trapping the same kid with 7 5(in five) by checking on fifth.11:00- Daniel at 9150 at the break. 11:27- Daniel is chipleader at his table with about 65 left.11:51- Daniel at 6400. Made a couple of big laydowns and lost the min in some tough spots.12:14- DN"s now at 4600. He hasn't won a pot in a while. 12:28- They are now playing 600/1200 with a 100 ante. There are 54 players left. 12:42- Daniel now has 6700.1:23- DN is at 12800 and playing flawlessly. He says "I'm better at this game then I though. I feel like I know what everyone has and when they pair. "1:39 5 tables left they are playing down to 3. The blinds are 800/1600 with a 200 ante. Daniel has 9000. 1:53 DN started with A235 and couldn't beat a 9. He now has 2600 left.2:03 Brutal. Daniel started the hand with 2567. I love playing Razz, but when the cards that I wanna come in Stud comes in Razz, I just wanna kill.My friend wants me to teach him Razz, and I just keep pushing him off, saying, "Not right now. Not until you learn to read the up cards in Stud better, and full grasp emotional control, because you will want to kill me playing Razz if the cards don't come."So, I figure I've got about 2 1/2 weeks before he says screw it and jumps to FTP's play money tables to start learning the game.
