I was thinking about getting a customized plate for my new car... I've checked out a few that were already taken so I'm hoping to get a few more suggestions!
-
That should be in your signature from now on :bubblesigh:
-
I've had 1 Royal live & 2 straight flushes live, only seen 1 royal online - my friend folded an inside straigh flush draw which hit on the river, ouch!
-
It'd be tough folding aces preflop... but what if you were one position outta the money at the main event. I'd go home saying someone cracked my bullets and I have nothing to show for it! Any hands from the first one till then my chips would be all-in!
-
I agree... I am surprised the "dictators" haven't come in and bashed this topic yet, everyone loves their witty comments! I personally love sitting back and laughing at their childish behavior.
-
Quite aggrevating when someone calls you a poumpous censored for giving an opinion
-
I hope this whole tucking fopic gets deleted. You can't even post an opinion without being barrated by people thinking they're sh*t don't stink.
-
No-one said anyone's name... your making it seem like someone is being singled out. No-one said anyone was a jerk either. The topic is FCP claims of great players, the top 3 posts were about people who think they are great, that's all! Wrong topic, go find an advice topic - this one is about people who think they are great, that's all
-
Wow... I was generalizing about people who think they're great playing .25-.50 - you play 10/20... not hard to figure out I wasn't talking about you! Actually I was saying 3/6 & 5/10 are higher then .25-.50, that's not that hard to figure out either... and it doesn't matter what stakes people play, maybe if you bothered to understand a post about people who think they're great playing .25-.50
-
how realistic is it to make money in small stakes...

Couldn't have said it better myself :-) -
I'm talking about people who think they're great playing .25-.50-... who said I was singling out someone, that would be wrong.
-
Nice - the "best" comments were geared towards those thinking .25-.50- were special.

I hear ya... all I'm trying to say is that it's alittle discouraging sometimes when your called just lucky or a liar. Isn't there a possibility that he's good, I mean not as good as "the great one" but good enough for some positive feedback. -
We have the best online poker players in the world here! Doesn't anyone play any higher stakes, like 3/6 or 5/10. I'd love to see one of these "pros" try to handle a bit better competition. Maybe a topic that reads... "How to survive an hour at 5/10"

I'm pretty sure he was looking for some friendly advice about consistent winning... not about how lucky he's been and that he should stop playing. Why bother posting if you don't have anything nice to post, nobody wants to hear the constant barating of other forum members. My advice would've been to keep up the good work, keep playing the way he has to get him to the level he's at - maybe even move up in limits, not to buy a tv.
