It's hard to best any team 3 straight in the playoffs, let alone a 1 seed. And the thing that drives me nuts is, wtf do you want him to say? Cliche bullshit? All most of you do is comment on how interviews are boring and useless and then we attack someone for finally giving an honest answer? I don't care if they are Bryzgalov-crazy or what, just anything non-cliche. Both are minor penalties in my eyes but if you treated Cooke that way Marchand should have been handled the same. All in all the game was closer then the 3-0 score. Pens missed unlimited chances. Kunitz looked like he hadn't played in 8 days. Rask was decent but the pens not finishing and hitting 3-4 posts certainly helped. A couple defensive lapses by the pens when they were frustrated by not being able to find the back of the net. I'm expecting Rask to see a few behind him Monday night. It just seems to be pretty obvious that if you wear #24 for the Pens you very rarely are going to get any calls go your way. Zach6668 513 Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 don't think either should have been 5 minute majors. nhl officiating is a joke... half of cooke's penalty minutes the last few seasons have been for getting punched in the face in a scrum where they decide to take both guys, it's ridiculous. 2 mins for being matt cooke is a real thing. anyways, Pens played well, just snake bitten on scoring, which obviously won't last long with all the talent they have up front. 97 posts hurt too.
