Pf raise is a little too big, you want action here heads up not to scare it away. It's a pretty easy fold after the C/R. Also this is in the wrong forum, tourney strat guys would probably appreciate looking at it.

Actually I've played in a few of these and the players are really bad, you can easily get action raising this much. You gotta fold the flop though, you're probably drawing to 6 outs. Also use the hand converter

I would check behind on the flop. You have a gutshot and a backdoor nut flush draw. There are virtually no cards that can come on the turn that will scare you (maybe a queen (3) or a king (2) ). Also by checking behind you avoid the check raise and manipulate the pot size better with a marginal hand.

PF raise is an overbet, and the call is a major warning sign. I check behind or fold to any action with that flop. If he isnt scared of the Ace, he probably has an Ace....or better.

My god, that guy must have come straight from the play money tables. I'd have played it as you did. It sucks to lay down KK but if he's made any hand A's or better, you need unlikely help on the turn/river not to bust out. You'll have better shots.AGREEMENT EDIT: Giving it another look, checking behind on the flop isn't a bad idea at all, especially if you anticipate aggression from your villain. He'll either overbet with a push and you can ditch, or he'll give you pot odds to call with a reasonable bet, maybe even give you a free card though I wouldn't count on that. The raise is pushing the higher end of standard but isn't bad. At higher levels, I'd probably not go that high (5xBB) but at levels 1-2 there's not a huge difference between T$150 and T$90-120.

I am certainly fine with the pf raise, as the donks in 4.40's will call just about anything with just about anything. I think you should have checked behind on the flop, as we have a decent draw and don't want to be c/r'd.

After playing my frist 4.40, I realized that you probably have the best hand. When I was pushed all in with 4A4 on board, I had QQ and thought for a sec and then I called, he flipped over 23 offsuit... lol
