Yoda 1
This is a personal issue, however I believe it will apply to several people, so the answer can help many of us...I just received my FCP check in the mail (A Chexx Inc. check). I know while my check was in the mail/being processed, Chexx inc. stopped offering service to US Customers. Does this mean the check will not cash and even worse incur a large fee for a fraudulent/bad check? Or does it simply mean they are not issuing checks in the future.I just want to be clear this will deposit okay before I head to the bank. Thanks!

Chexx Inc hasn't put stop payments on any of the checks that they have issued they have just decided to no longer send checks to Americans for online gaming sites.Their decision wasn't forced on them like the Neteller situation and they issue thousands of checks from those same bank accounts that have nothing to do with gaming. Good I hope.I guess my question, that would be of interest to other FCPers is, does FCP have other check processing companys that they have been using or are all set up to use in the future? Also, as a personal question, I requested a check withdrawal from FCP on 1/30/07, I think Chexx Inc. announced they were leaving the US market around 1/31/07. Just wondering if I will get a Chexx Inc. check? If so, will it be inordinately delayed? Thankyou, O Omniscient One

Thankyou, O Omniscient One Hi Jan, your check should come from Chexx Inc and it shouldn't be delayed as far as we know.We are working on new check and other withdrawal methods for American players and anticipate having at least one of them up and running later this week. At the moment Americans can still withdraw via E-Wallet Express.

I believe he said it's a '50% chance" and "that they probably would NOT accept withdrawal from a poker site with sports betting and they probably would from a site with poker/casino only" LOL 50- 50 odds, Bob, not crazy about a coinflip with my money, but we'll see how these electronic wallets pan out in the coming days and weeks.Tx again Bob. :)ps. Yoda you cash your chexx inc check first and let me know how it goes!

They have already looked at FCP and they know that we don't deal in sports betting and we are processing withdrawals to player's E-Wallet Express accounts successfully. Tx, I was wondering if eWalletXpress wouldn't process withdrawals from FCP because FCP is on a network that does have sites with sportsbooks. Glad to know that is not the case.ps. I recommend FCP drop the casino to, just to be safe although I'm not an attorney blah blah blah lolpss. Or I recommend FCP go back to Ongame and don't worry about us lowly Americans ruining our society

GraveDigger 0
I received a check from Chexx Inc. based out of US Bank out of Vancouver, Canada. I went to a National City Bank and they investigated it and then got back to me and told me it was a counterfit check. Is there anything you can do at this point such as send confirmation information that it is a real check or cancel that check and allow me to use another method. I don't see how you could be sending out fake checks.
