He apparently has a new site coming out called miconsecrets.....Does anyone know what his first system contains as far as strategy? Is the content any good?I am listening to an audio clip of the bankroll management section from the new site and so far am not impressed...really doesn't have much content more or less him talking about himself...

Apparently not. I made a post like this a few months ago and everyone blasted it. I had no real interest in purchasing it but I just wanted to see what FCP's perception of him was. He's basically a NW clown etc. etc. :club:

I'm still not over his endless string of AKs and knocking me out of the WCOOP last year. Therefore, do not give him money.
I dont plan on buying the system...I was just a little curious about his credibility. Is he a consitent winner at medium to high stakes?

In tournaments? I didn't know Micon played cash games...I'm not one to judge others, but he's not very well thought of by a lot of good players.

I sat next to him during an Omaha tournament at Binions this year during their Binions Poker Classic. He was talking poker at the table for a while and nothing he said was really all that insightful. In fact, in some of what he said, I didn't even really notice much 3rd, or even 2nd for that matter, level thinking going on. Stick to cardrunners.com for this type of stuff.

It seems that 9 out of 10 things I hear about Micon are negative. I think people give him a lot of credit due to his substantial TV time during last years main event. From everything I know, he is an average tournament player at best.
