you rang?i'm like a child wandering into the middle of a movie, as i have no frame of reference for what you've already listened to BUT:that latest toro y moi album i think you'd really like since it's good, clean funi assume you have the new strokes and jizz your face off while listening to it on repeat like i donew burial ep is greatjames blake lp is great but maybe a little out for you but i'd guess you have that already tooalso assume you have zonoscope but if not, grab immediatelyharts
omg hi.I do have toro y moi and zonoscope, and I've listened to both and liked them moderately, but I think they both suffered from me listening to them in the wrong environment. I'll add them to the "listen-to" list for the trip down to THE BEACH. should work out there.and good call on the strokes. I had forgotten they put out a new one.

The new Strokes is kind of working out to be like a Raise the Dead...I use it to flush out faggot posers who can't wait to declare popular indie bands "over."

liked the new strokes on the first listen, good stuff. zonoscope, on the other hand, I didn't care for on the first listen (like I said, I'd listened to it before but didn't really pay attention). but I've put it in a few more times and it's really growing on me. I think I may end up really liking it actually. also, toro y moi is very funky. like that stuff.oh oh, also gave the new tvotr a good ole spin on the way down too. it didn't really grab me too hard, but I did like it quite a bit. gonna put it back in tomorrow when I drive on the BEACH road looking at the BEACH.

To be fair, Lolla has had some very good lineups over the past few years.

I'm waiting until the 10th for the release here. I'm actually gonna buy it. do you know how cool I'll be to go into a record store and buy goblin and helplessness blues at the same time? I'll probably have a pbr with me at the time too.

I like the disclaimer before the song whose chorus is, "Kill people, burn shit, fuck school!"Is "whose" the correct word there? I feel like it's not, since I'm describing a song and not a person, but I'm not sure which word would be correct.Btw shake I'm pretty sure he wrote this line for you: Rape a pregnant bitch and tell my friends I had a threesome.

I don't even know if I'll like it, but I want to buy it cause man, tyler needs to move out of his damn grandma's house.also of note: how bout them tuneyards huh? I mean... man, I don't know, I really kind of like it. definitely takes some getting used to it but once you do, that's some weird ass catchy shit. for those not in the know, think tv on the radio but weirder and with a sort of girl.
