missed bets by raising the turn?

Or maybe check-raise the river to get 2 bets out of both players? Sometimes I think I play to aggressively on each street by saying to myself, "they're fish, they'll call with a baby flush here".

Should I have waited until the river to 3 bet in hopes of keeping the 4th player in the hand?No.Sets and two pair will call 3 cold on the turn. They won't on the river.

I think you did just fine. There is not much more you could have gotten out of that hand, if anything.
