Napa Lite 3,278
A couple of SA's posts made me audibly laugh but I didn't like like them but I do give them my seal of approval. Salesguy tried to talk me into the curved tv when I bought a new TV earlier this year. Didn't seem worth it and I just didn't think it would look well on the wall.
Theraflu 1,035
It's probably classy, but I don't think it holds multiple viewing angles well. So that probably doesn't effect SA as much. Napa, RTJ is on spotify/apple as well, incase the site isn't fixed by morning.
Ron_Mexico 4,219
Essay's opinions on a lot of things are awful, but he does make me chuckle a fair amount, so he's got that going for him, which is nice Curved tv does look classy, but has to reduce viewing angles, as Thera said. Not ask issue for Essay, as Thera also said I wish people a happy holidays instead of merry Christmas just to annoy them. I hope all of you enjoy your holiday. Eat well, drink too much and be merry
InternetExplorer 2,609
you offer legal services or they're internal counsel? Neither. I don't know what we are doing. One of them works with an external lawyer, so that estate docs cost clients 50%+ less to maintain. I understand the value in that situation. The others, I don't know why being a lawyer was a plus. Great guys, phenomenal advisors, glad we have them, but not using the JD from what I can tell.
InternetExplorer 2,609
My brother's girlfriend. We go out to find some bourbon (two stops total), she asks to come with, to be dropped off to shop while we are doing our thing. After about ten minutes, she calls to tell him that we are taking too long. Impatiently starts texting to ask for status updates. It took us a total of 20 minutes, and hey, THESE WERE NOT YOUR PLANS, YOU INSERTED YOURSELF. He wanted to leave this morning at like 10 or 11, but I just heard her wake him up and tell him to start getting ready. So he is currently showering etc. I never knew he was the type to want to get owned like that.

It's probably classy, but I don't think it holds multiple viewing angles well. So that probably doesn't effect SA as much. nice. my brother comes over the watch games sometimes, so it might affect him. but he thinks it would be foolish to get anything but a curved tv, so he can't complain later. Tiltinagain 973
i choose to believe you're doing that right now. and i dig it brother. i'm gonna get a new tv, and i'm torn on whether the "curved" design is worth the extra cost. whether it is or not, i cannot say. but damn it looks classy. My wifes Aunt and Uncle, the ones that did Turkey Day and then the party deal the other night bought a Samsung 55" curved tv a few months ago. It is phenomenal. The best tv I've ever wathched. Especially good for football. Didn't pay attention to viewing angles but thinking about it now, at one point I was sitting off the left of center a ways and I don't remember noticing any defects in the picture. Essay21 2,385
Game of Thrones marathon on right now. Can't wait until the show is over and I can take a week off work and watch the show straight through. You gotta have goals, things to hope for.

Napa Lite 3,278
Ive been having stomach rumblings the past two days, too. Couldn't possibly be related to the fact that I've eaten nothing but chili, pizza, and baked goods the past week. I do have a head cold.

Napa Lite 3,278
If you haven't seen "the Accountant" Batman plays an autistic tax/forensic/money laundering accountant/bad ass type. Some parts hit a little too close to home and had me feeling uncomfortable. And not the bad ass type parts.

InternetExplorer 2,609
I was supposed to go see that movie with my girlfriend, and she invited our controller, who I do not like, so I stayed home in protest.
Tiltinagain 973
Had an appointment with the Oncologist today to go over last weeks Pet scan (basically a cancer scan) and my lymphoma is in remission. The damned staff infection I got in my port not long after receiving it back in June is still hanging on though. I have 3 abscesses that will need drained and I'll be back on antibiotics to try again to clean it out of my system. I've been off antibiotics very little since June which isn't good but every time I go off them the damned staff raises it's ugly head. Once the infection is gone we'll decide on our next move. Will probably mean a stem cell transplant (using my own stem cells) after 7 days of prep, then 3 weeks in the hospital for 7 days of very strong chemo then 2 weeks of my stem cells regrowing my immune system. The goal being a cure of the disease or, at worst, prolonged remission. We shall see.
