Actually just spit it all out from memory now, I even left out some things I remembered after posting. Makes me feel better about my hand recall if nothing else. I recommend trips out during the WSOP, just know how to walk away from a 1/2 game if it's a bad spot...lol

After reading a few other Vegas trip reports on this site, I got nostalgic and decided to write up one of my own. First some quick background, I won a trip to Vegas from the previous year’s WSOP Fantasy Pool contest on FCP, which included hotel and airfare. Briefly back to topic and then you guys can flame some more, I got an e-mail from Travis about a month ago for my trip to Vegas and then I replied trying to get more information and of course, have had no response since then. Basically...bump.

Home game, 15 players freezeout for $20 bucks...3 handed, I'm on the button and decide to raise 3bb with 2/4 suited since the other players have been relatively tight. Get a call from the small blind and flop comes 2 7 q. He bets, I raise, he re-raises, and I call. Turn is 7, he bets, I call. River is a 10, he goes all in after a few seconds. I call and he turns over a/k and my deuces held up for a massive chip lead.

It's nice to have left to get food after the site crashed and come back to find the tourney running with me already eliminated...so glad I dl'ed this software. GL to all FCPers actually playing...

Oh and if by chance you somehow read this, could you please tell us, if you know any details, how Chau Giang got such a huge stack.Not sure the size of this pot, but sounds as if it swung a good deal of chips Chau's way...Chau Giang raised the bet pre-flop from late position and was re-raised by Paul Phillips. Giang called the re-raise of 25% of Phillips stack and the flop came [A][K][10]. Giang checked to Phillips who pushed in. Giang called turning up [Q][J] for the nuts. Phillips showed [A][J]. The turn and river were no help to Phillips who was eliminated.

Any suggestions on which sites have the best format for qualifying for the WSOP main event? Also, what size bankroll is needed to give myself a decent chance? 1.5-2k? Been looking to deposit on a site, but wanted to see where the best satellites are...Thanks.
