Well Im not sure if many of you noticed I left. But Im back and back to playing online again.But same as always I play out of my BR and make a bunch of money. Then have a huge downswing day and chase my losses and end up losing it all.I only have $45 left from my $210 I had earlier today.I know I should be playing micro limits but it gets so boring and I like the play at 25NL.How do I overcome this boredom and learn to stick to good BR management? How do I learn to stick to grinding low stakes until I have a big enough BR to move up?Also how has everyone been. I hope winning a lot.

Discipline. If you have none, then tell someone you know that you owe them 50.00 every time they catch you playing above X level. The more degen they are, the more likely they are to keep tabs on you.

This isn't true, you're just a degen... it won't go away, but you won't have succes until you learn to control it... You know what you NEED to do, just have to make yourself do it...

Depending on what your goals are for poker, just do whatever is the most entertaining for you. If you are serious about making money and moving up then patience is and always will be your best friend, when it comes to what stakes to play. I have a hard time remembering this at times , but in the long run if you are trying to build a roll and make some money it will help.
