  1. Obviously you are talking about play money, as this never happens in any real money sngs. Anyways, when people sit out, you have an advantage. What's wrong with this? People shoving blind = easy chip accumulation. You are going to take some bad beats when they do this, but a majority of the time you will win. So go back to stealing their blinds, and then hopefully beat them the next time they come back.I really don't understand this post, I would be glad to have half of a final table sitting out.
  2. You see people show up with such ridiculous stuff in these spots at these stakes that I would call here (you said it yourself, be glad to go broke with AK or QQ+ in a 1.25). But, you should definitely reraise the initial bet preflop, maybe even just shove because 1.25 donks will call with much worse than AK.
  3. I thought along the same lines as you guys. I folded and he showed Q 8 I'm still not positive I made the right play, but I went on to get 2nd anyways

  5. I play a lot of micro stakes and I would snap call this. Early in these tournies I've seen this kind of play with as little as middle pair.
  6. Results: These were the only two hands I got my money in behind for the entire tourney. Looking back on the final hand, I think I should have just called/re-evaluated on flop. 7. Just wondering what you would do in these situations... thanks for any responses. I'm building a roll from a $5 loan on FT in the 1.25 45s and this is my first 90 man. Before this hand I've been folding like crazy (card dead) and looking for a good spot to either double or steal some dead money. Table is loose/passive. 8. You don't give a whole lot of information in your post, but I'd usually be glad to get my money in here so short stacked with a hand thats either dominating/flipping (no one shoves AA/KK for that much). With 40 people to the bubble and your short stack you're probably going to need to make a move sooner rather than later.
